Carla found better pricing than we could independently, and more importantly, she helped support us when poor weather impacted our flights. Carla was extremely responsive and helpful. The airline was going to leave us stranded overnight in the airport due to flight delays. Carla helped us with last minute car rentals and flight changes to get us home on time, safe, and with no additional expenses. She was amazing and we would highly recommend her.

It could not have gone smoother. At one point I forgot about how we get to our tour we booked in Juneau (even though she had emailed everything to me well ahead of the trip), I called her office and she jumped on the phone and had documents sent out to me right away. I can't tell you how grateful I am to know I have that kind of support while traveling. I could not recommend Aura travel more. When we first started working with them, I thought it would be more expensive. We were flying to Europe and I was so confused by all of the options when I was searching online. I called her just to see how much extra they would charge to help. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when I found out, not only was there no huge fees, they actually got me a better place in Paris for less than what I was seeing! They're the best.

When I reserved the limo I was asked for the name of the restaurant (they never asked for an address) and they got lost getting their making them kids late for their reservations and late arriving at Prom. They wanted to charge us more money for THEM getting lost and the owner was a complete JERK about the condition of the limo and the ruined dress.
