I've been coming to this location for over 10 years under the previous owners. I recently visited and had a similarly good experience despite the change in ownership. I got a regular pedicure, and accidentally smudged the polish after getting home. I called them and they told me to come back in for a free fix! They are great at what they do and happy to accommodate small issues like this. read more

Went here a few weeks ago now. The people were friendly enough although didn't talk much which honestly didn't bother me. However, when I asked for acrylic they offered shellac or dip. I asked for acrylic once again and hey claimed it was the same thing which I know it's not as I frequently do dip myself at home. After he said he would do acrylic he went straight into dip powder. The nails where well shaped and pretty however he completely ignored what I wanted. The nails only ended up lasting little more than a week because he didn't use any dehydrator or nail primer :( As for covid, I did wear a mask just in case although I am vaccinated and so did they. However, they used the same old nail files and drill tips which doesn't bother me all too much but may be a downsides for someone else. Her also never wiped down any of the surfaces or chairs despite having the spray right next to him. read more

Omg it is SOOOOO good to finally get a mani/ pedi! My girl did a great job and had no issues with having to reapply polish to my toes after I smudged them. The place seems very clean, and they have taken the appropriate precautions for Covid. The price was right and you can even opt for additional 10 minutes massage for $10. I will be back! Edited: 7/18, went back last weekend with three friends. Two of us got pedis and 2 of us got manicures. I noticed that my nails where slightly jagged so I asked Linda to borrow a nail file and she refilled all of my nails without complaint. My friend had an issue with smudging polish and Linda not only reapplied without any issues, she called us later on to make sure we were still satisfied. I've been there before and had no issues getting my acrylic done, the second time around I had issues, 1. Appointments don't even matter there I walked in and told them I had a appt at 11:00 they didn't take me till like 11:30 2. They overcharged me at the end and that's the most I've paid for a basic pedi and acrylic! 105 dollars!! I could have done it myself with that money. 3. My acrylics came out ok but some of the nails are different shapes :/ 4.not to mention they cut my friend 5 times and instead of doing proper sanitation they just put their bloody tools back in the cup they were using. Now she has cuts on her toes and hands that are oozing and look infected!! if you want to spend 100 dollars go to Lucinda's and Cumberland! Must cleaner and much more organized:) read more

My friend and I went to this salon earlier this week. We both made appointments in advance but when we arrived we were asked to check in and essentially rebook the services we wanted to receive. Wasn't a big deal because there were nail techs available. I wanted a gel manicure with simple art and was told they could not do any art so I settled for just color. During the process of my regular gel mani/pedi I was cut not once, not twice, but FIVE times drawing blood that was just ignored. They also noticed the small amount of blood on their tools and simply wiped it with a paper towel and put it back in with the rest of the unwashed tools. At the end I was charged $90 dollars for the services when looking at their prices it should have only been $78. Either way an insane amount for a gel mani/pedi no acrylics or dip. My daughter and I came in here to get a dip mani and a set of acrylics. The staff were very helpful, suggesting a lovely OPI neutral for my daughter. My nails were in bad shape but after the dip they look great! I particularly like the attention to detail - using a fine brush to dust my nails before putting on the top coat. read more

I went here to get a gel mani pedi for prom and it cost me $120!!! A REGULAR GEL MANI PEDI!!! i have never paid that much for my nails EVER even for a full set of acrylics. I got simple colors and requested chrome on top, and was not told that night cost more. i'm still unsure as to why it was so expensive. to make it worse, my nails started peeling 3 days later and by a week later they were all gone. i'm FURIOUS. everyone i've talked to is shocked at the price and says i should have gone back a demanded at least a partial refund. I also spent over 2 hours at the salon and had an appointment made weeks in advance. My nails are now brittle and thin and hurt. read more

Not good. Not very nice but not especially rude. They clearly favor the the people who come more often even if they don't have an appointment. As for acrylic nails, been severely disappointed both times I've gone. Shaped wrong even after showing a picture both times. Had gel done but they put too much polish and the gel leaked off the sides and is now goopy. They noticed but didn't bother to fix it. Not happy. Won't go back read more

Decent spot to grab a quick pedicure. Relaxing seats with massage. The staff was friendly, talkative, and everything was cleanly done. I can't find anything to complain about or point out as a deficiency. 3 1/2 stars for a decent job. read more

So the people were friendly enough but the place was really dirty and I felt unsafe. The floor needed to be swept and the lights were dusty which shows that cleanliness is not a priority. Then, here's the kicker, the guy doing my nails takes out this plastic container with nasty flakes at the bottom that was clearly not sterile and doesn't clean them or anything. Then, after finishing my nails he put the tools right back in the container without washing them and put them back in the drawer. I'm thoroughly alarmed to say the least and really just gave them two stars out of charity. 1 star Saigon clean up ya nasties. read more

Great new place. I went when it first opened. The people there are VERY nice and did a great job on my pedicure.

I went in for a shellac mani just over two weeks ago and am going in for a polish change tomorrow. There have been no chips, cracks or anything like that and the only reason I am going back in is because my nails grow pretty quickly. I've been to quite a few salons in the area and Saigon is by far my favorite. T is a great guy, very friendly and we had a great conversation. read more

I've always tried to give this place a chance when I couldn't get into my regular nail salon. The pedicure was nothing special, they did use hot stones, but really skipped out on the leg massage and foot scrub (the reason why I wanted to get a pedicure). During my shellac manicure two employees took turns doing my nails and it was just not enjoyable. Its been four days and my nail art has already chipped and so has my shellac!! Again the hand massage could've been 10x better than it was. I really hate to give such a negative review but I never get that relaxing calm enjoyable experience here!!! read more

Wow...what a mistake! Once a place I liked a lot because it is clean and some of the people are very nice, I recently had a whole different experience with a new guy who calls himself "T". I found this experience to be less than relaxing, very rushed, no conversation (only what was bad about my nails), no washing of hands, no hand cream, etc. He is rough, grabby, and removing old acrylic nails was not done with finesse and was very painful with no apology. He placed my hands where he wanted them (I could not keep them where I was comfortable) and when he is done with a hand the motion is like he is throwing it away. Not pleased! When his next customer arrived and he was asked how long it would be, he got even faster to get me done to get to her. It's all about money you know, not good service!! Shellac polish is now an extra $10, repairs are extra, and nails that used to cost a lot less are pricey with tip. When I was done, there was someone literally pulling the chair out for me to get up and he was ushering the next one in. At least let the customer say "thank you" or let the chair cool down for 2 seconds. NOT pleased. I won't be back and you won't be recommended! read more

I'm a returning customer at this nail salon.. It look new and clean.. New owner.. They redecorate the salon with many spa chair.. The place look nice, clean, and relaxing.. The employee are very friendly and kind.. I got a pedi and mani.. The pedi feel terrific with the Sea salt scrub, hot stone massage and hot towel.. My new favorite salon in town..
