I had to give them one star because this app doesn't allow you to leave zero stars! The reason I felt I needed to review MD property services was that they take zero accountability for mistakes that happen with their poor service. In regards to poor service, they will come right after a rain storm to cut the lawn tearing it up and damaging the lawn instead of waiting a couple days until it dries out . They have to stay on their schedule and won't use a realist point of view. (common sense) This winter MD property services has only cleared the snow from the drive and sidewalks twice this winter. It was like pulling teeth in order to get them out here to clear the snow. While clearing the snow at midnight (low visibility), the overexerted employee backed into one of our residences personnel truck, leaving a significant dent! MD property services gave us the runaround about the truck dent for a couple of months then replied with " we would never have an employee out after dark clearing snow"..... Night time is when the snow is always cleared before the city takes life in the morning for obvious reasons. MD property services takes zero ownership with their mistakes and shortcomings! MD property services has zero integrity! Please save your money and time I beg you! Please look elsewhere because MD property services has very poor service! Wow. I am so impressed by Andy and the guys at Kingz Conrete in Orem. We bought a house in Provo…read morethat had a broken and settled section of the sidewalk and patio. Andy and his company did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. They were prompt and kept to the time table they set--they even called an moved it up when they finished another job earlier than expected. We are so pleased with their work. Andy specifically went above the call of duty--one of the sprinkler pipes was slightly damaged during the cement pour. They told us about it at the time and asked us to call if we had any leaks. When we called, he came out immediately and fixed not only the pipe they identified, but another sprinkler pipe that was leaking but that obviously was not damaged during the job they did. I highly recommend Kingz Concrete. I will definitely use them again.

Here's a polished and professional review you can use for Utah Valley Landscaping: 5-Star Review for Utah Valley Landscaping I had an outstanding experience with Utah Valley Landscaping. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and stayed within budget--something that's becoming increasingly rare these days. What truly impressed me was their work ethic and skill. They transformed my backyard, which was basically just a patch of weeds, into an incredible outdoor space I now love spending time in. The craftsmanship is top-notch, especially the team that replaced our rusted-out wooden stairs with a beautiful paver deck and staircase--it looks amazing and was clearly done by pros who know what they're doing. Alex was fantastic--always available by phone and frequently on-site to make sure everything was going according to plan. His communication and attention to detail made the entire process smooth. Manuel also stood out with his deep knowledge and incredible work ethic. You can tell this is a team that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend Utah Valley Landscaping if you want high-quality work done right.

It's like pulling teeth trying to get this company to do anything. They don't respond to emails,…read moreand it takes them nearly a week to respond to voicemails, if they do at all. We finally got a hold of them on the phone, and they agreed to come out a few days later to fix the sprinklers on our rental property. We'd already done a lot of work for them by finding the problem area and digging out around it. They said they would be there Friday or possibly Monday, but we didn't hear anything after that. We called multiple times, and got no answer. Finally got a hold of them on Tuesday, and the receptionist/scheduler, Sierra, told us that the "sprinkler individual" didn't have time and couldn't get to it either of those days. No call to let us know, no explanation, and no apology or offers to come out another day. We asked when they could come out again, and they said Friday, and the same thing happened. We rescheduled 4 different times, and they made us wait ANOTHER WEEK between each new appointment. Each time we didn't receive any sort of call or follow up afterwards, and had no idea what had happened. Because it was a rental we had to keep sending people out to see if they actually did anything. Finally, our property manager told us that the hole we dug ourselves around the sprinkler was filled, many weeks after we initially called Utah Valley Lawn Care. Still, no follow up or contact from the company at all. Two weeks later we got a very basic bill (sent to the rental property, not us), and it didn't list anything other than parts and labor, and with different rates than we'd agreed upon. I don't have any proof that they did any work, or what they did. We still paid the bill because it looks like our pipe was replaced, and we were tired of dealing with them, but it was definitely not worth it. We will never use them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We contacted several landscaping businesses in St. George area and…read more A-1 was the only one who responded. They trimmed a very large tree that was covering our street sign and stop sign. They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. Again they were the only one who responded to our request for landscaping service (one company did give us a date and time and never showed up or called us). I would highly recommend their service.
