It should be cooked that way for this dish. It was an incredible flavor and texture. The chicken mono had just enough firmness to the dumpling skin and an amazing taste for the filling. This is a place for a good meal, a large group, a special bite, a family, or for having leftovers for your next meal. Also, the spiciness was exactly as I asked for it to be. And when I said to keep it low because I was sharing the dish with someone else they brought an amazing little dish of chili paste so I could adjust my portion as I liked.
