While Cuban cigars are still very tough to find in Italy and most European countries the staff was nice and told me to check back in the mornings when they get shipments. Unfortunately I was unable to do this with my travel schedule. I did get some of my go to Plasencia cigars for a reasonable price. I also was able to get some Italian cigars to try and take home to friends. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. Even took the time to help my wife and I find a local restaurant for lunch which was another amazing recommendation...will be reviewed separately. The selection was limited, but in the world of Cuban cigars, it usually is, BLAME CHINA! They take up 40% of the market now. The prices are reasonable on a global scale, but fixed within the country of Italy by the state. A lot of pictures will show that they have a lounge, however, the lounge is not an operation for various logistical and regulatory reasons. The folks here are very nice and knowledgeable, so I would definitely make this a stop while in Rome.
