Fincato, the oldest tobacco shop in Italy was recommended to me by a fellow cigar smoker from…read moreFlorence. Given this, I made sure to stop by to pick up a few cigars. The selection was limited, but in the world of Cuban cigars, it usually is, BLAME CHINA! They take up 40% of the market now. The prices are reasonable on a global scale, but fixed within the country of Italy by the state. A lot of pictures will show that they have a lounge, however, the lounge is not an operation for various logistical and regulatory reasons.
The folks here are very nice and knowledgeable, so I would definitely make this a stop while in Rome.
