From beginning to end, many members of the staff made me feel genuinely cared for during a very stressful time. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Molina and his PA Caitlyn Reid for helping guide me through surgery and recovery. My anesthesiologist Sarah Torabi was wonderful, and admitting nurse Claudine immediately made me feel at ease. The pre-op team, especially Maricela and Claudine, were so kind, attentive, and reassuring before surgery. In recovery, Katie and Claudine stood out again for their compassion and professionalism. Chris Rosales, my surgical nurse, also provided excellent care and support throughout my stay. The physical therapy team was fantastic as well. I unfortunately didn't get everyone's names, but they were encouraging, patient, and truly helped motivate me during recovery. Overall I felt supported by many hardworking people who clearly care about their patients. Recovering from major surgery is overwhelming, and the kindness shown by so many staff members made a real difference for me. Thank you again to everyone who helped me during my stay. Your efforts and kindness will never be forgotten. -Stephanie

Always a different excuse. It's too early, or the doctor is out of office and we need their approval. By the way, it's a medication that she has been on for 7 years. So, last time they told me to download the app. So I did. Right now, I am here to pick up as it stated it would be ready on Thursday. I work during the week and can only pick up Saturday and Sunday. I am here and they tell me to take a seat while they get it ready. I ask, why do I need to wait? She first tells me it may have been too early, which I know it is wrong cause we have reminders to order the same day every month know we have a three day grace. So I tell her this. Then she said that it may have been put back because we took too long to pick up. WRONG. it shows me that it was ready on Thursday and it is Saturday. The final response was you can't trust the app...REALLY?! The app you said to download the last time to avoid this issue?! So full of it.

We don't go to hospital to enjoy ourselves unfortunately most of the time you or someone you know is not in good shape. You need to learn that setting needs a lot of comforting, caring, patient and helpful. The hospital it self is not very clean. The air vents are dirty needs to be cleaned. The floors need to be mopped. I will take some pictures for example. Please be more compassionate and understanding. Clean the place up and teach all employees to be more courteous and helpful even when someone calls and they sound loud. It's ok and understand their situation. Keep your patients clean after they go bathroom. Don't leave them for 20-30 minutes dirty. Don't know what else to say because I am angry and will start cursing. What a great experience from start to finish (minus needing surgery, but you know what I mean). Everyone from the pre-op nurse who calmed my anxiety (whose name is escaping me), to Doctors Harris, Ochalek and Singh (and the rest of their surgery team) were amazing. The last thing I remember was having a nice conversation with Dr. Singh about the niners before gently waking up after surgery. They all really made the surgery as comfortable as it could possibly be. My post op experience was second to none. I had a wonderful recovery nurse who told me all about her kids (if anyone can verify her name, I'd appreciate it!) and then was moved up to a private room where Katie took over my care. She was the absolute best nurse I've ever had. She was attentive, kind and went out of her way to get anything I (or my partner) needed. She transferred care to our night nurse (who was great, but I was asleep most of the night), but promised to come check on us the next day when she got back into work. We really felt cared for and comfortable with Katie and thank her for the level of care she provided. If there's a way to recommend nurses, she'd be at the top of the list! Diane was our nurse the next morning, and she was awesome. We got super lucky with her because even though it was crazy busy that morning, she went out of her way to make sure we always had everything we needed. She was kind, attentive and we could tell she was running around trying to take care of 10 people at once (and doing a great job at it). We talked everything from travel to traffic and you definitely made the morning after surgery much more bearable. All in all, about the best experience I could have asked for. For the nurses whose name's I have forgotten, I'm sorry! I was out of it for a while with anesthesia, meds, etc. and there were a lot of you helping. You were all great and very much appreciated. If I ever need to go back into surgery, I'm definitely coming back here. Thanks again. Kevin and Monica
