However, we would like to give credit to the lady greeter on duty around 10.25 who welcomed us on arrival. Aside from our transaction we enlisted some advice from Joanne on another financial matter as we are always confident in her ability to help. She pointed us in the right direction and we will proceed accordingly with Barclays in due course. To add Joanne always recognises us when coming into branch with a smile and a short but courteous few words to make us feel like we matter to the business. Well done 10/10 for effort. To the powers that be, please don't let this branch be another notch on Barclays bedpost,we need Cramlington to remain open!
