They penciled me in at 11:30 with Traci, the Physicians Assistant, and were BEYOND courteous on the phone. I was pretty upset when they called them and they were so so so nice about it. I arrived early, so they got me in early. I was seen immediately by the extremely friendly staff and the PA. They LISTENED to everything I said and were able to accurately and quickly diagnose my five-time-misdiagnosed skin condition. This place is amazing. I'll never go anywhere else.

They said they sent me a text a few days ago and I didn't confirm appt. I checked the text. It was sent 4 days ago. It was so long that I briefly checked it and then didn't see in fine print that I was to confirm appt. I think this is a poor practice. Older adults often don't constantly check texts and there is a fair amount of spam going on . We can miss the fine print. Please reconsider this practice of cancelling appt without actually talking to the patient! Some of us travel from other cities, or have other plans that they rearrange to make these appointments.

Yesterday they acquired another three month sample form their sales rep to keep me on this drug. You don't need to know the bureaucratic details but I am good now for another three month of a drug that is beginning to work on my condition. I love the professionalism and attention to detail this clinic gives me. If there are other clinics in Fort Collins it doesn't matter because these folks are the best. I trust them implicitly. Most of their emails do NOT include an unsubscribe button (which is non-compliant with the anti spam laws) and they also pretty much force you/your data into their research database. I filled out paperwork with no marketing/no research specified and they ignored it altogether. They also will ask for PII if you respond to an email with the subject of Unsubscribe.....ridic, and not required in any way to remove an email address from a database. Seems they care not ONE iota about what is good for anyone other than their larger purposes as a humongous chain of clinics. Wish I had never heard of them. Oh, they also charge double or triple what most other, non-chain derm clinics I have been to charge for procedures.

However, I felt like the Dr. only spent 5-10 mins with me, was rushing through the appointment, and even got up once as if he was about to leave when I was about to ask a question. While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment). I would suggest going elsewhere, especially if you're a student. Reception team was great, however!
