I did have an issue with a filling not being "cured" properly and having to get it redone last year- didn't think much of it and they were very accommodating with getting me back in the office to fix it. This year- 2026 has been where I've had a lot of issues with billing and customer service. The billing was an insurance issue, but then I was not aware it was at risk of going to collections before I could come back for a filling again in August/ September this year. They cleaned my teeth and I scheduled my fillings for 2 weeks out or so. They didn't mention that day the balance would be going to collections soon and we talked about ways to get it taken care of. I get a call the DAY before my fillings (which I arranged for childcare and everything) that my account is blocked due to the balance going to collections and my appointment was canceled. I handled the balance that day and then another nice lady helped me get it straightened out. Fast forward- I get the fillings done in September then a week or so later I have pain on one of the new fillings (can't eat or floss in that area of my mouth) I call to try and get this fixed asap. They offered me a time here and there that I couldn't make due to childcare conflicts. The lady insisted I could bring my child (I told her a toddler in a dental office for a filling to be fixed would not go well at all) I insisted that Monday I could come any time due to my husband being off work that day. They didn't have anything that day at all and couldn't get me in until mid October. I asked if they could do anything after hours or slip me in between appointments and they didn't budge. I requested to speak with the manager and she called me later on.. She was very sweet and at least seemed like she wanted to help me, still the best she could do was put me on a standby list and try to give me an opening on Monday. She called me later on and offered me an appointment that I gladly accepted. I came into the office today for the said appointment and the ladies up front were cold and avoided eye contact with me when I checked in. To be honest the lack of customer service today led me to make the decision to leave this office permanently. This visit today Dr Mody said the same thing happened that the filling wasn't cured properly... so she had to redo it. She handled lots of other patients while I waited even though I had an appointment slot. Which is fine but then I also overhear her "squeezing" her sister in to be helped without an appointment today. Where was that eagerness to help with my issue? She also had a condescending tone when I voiced my frustration about the situation and that I would need to go to another office in the future. "I'm sorry you feel that way". Don't even waste your time here. Go somewhere else where they actually act like they care about you at least.

Absolutely awful business, constantly have more issues after a visit than I did before, and seriously? Why does it take 4+ times of giving me a "temporary solution" before you discuss permanent solutions with someone? I created a Yelp account solely to review this place. I think there is malpractice going on…read more Genuinely not sure how this office would be considered professional. The amount of times they called to reschedule me should have been my first indicator. First of all, the dentist is very blunt and not personable. For example, I explained to her I clench my jaw and wish to see a TMJ specialist because one of my teeth is impacted so much, it feels like I have a cavity, but there's no cavity. She says she can shave down my tooth. I said there has to be other options that aren't as invasive. All she says is "no" and that she believes my TMJ isn't bad enough but she'll refer me. I had a filling on a root canal they wanted to put a crown on, which I had heard from my prior dentist, so I accepted treatment. I wish I hadn't because the temporary tooth fell out 3 times in the span of 1.5 weeks. The first tooth fell out while I was eating eggs. The second temporary tooth lasted less than 4 hours. Again, it fell out while I was eating eggs. I asked for a different person to put in my temporary tooth, thinking that was the problem. No, someone else was at the dentist because their temp also fell out the day prior. The person that put my temp in put it in backwards and I had to be the one to tell them it was wrong. How could they not know? The third temp tooth fell out just 4 days prior to my permanent tooth being put in. Since I work two jobs, my schedule doesn't allow me to keep going back to get a temporary tooth put in every few days. Permanent tooth comes in... well it doesn't fit. They think it's because my gums grew over my tooth in the 4 days the temp wasn't there. So they cut my gums. Tooth still doesn't fit. They re-order a new tooth and say they'll priority ship it to arrive next week. It's next week- I call for an update. They say the permanent tooth won't be here until 2 weeks from now. So they lied to me and guess what? My temporary tooth fell out while I was eating a banana. I've not flossed around that temp tooth, have not eaten on that side, and have altered my diet over the last month to soft food only. Yet, the temp tooth still managed to fall out. 100% this is a dentist issue, not a patient issue. Please do not waste your time or money at this joke of a business.
