I have to ask, has the staff that was on today 10/27 ever been to, let alone worked at any funeral chapel? No idea how to work the screen to show the photos for the memorial. Glad a family member was able to do it. Flower arrangements sent, do you think they would be in the room where the service is? NO, NOT EVEN CLOSE. Only because at the end of the service a question was asked as to what florist they use so refunds could be requested when nobody's arrangements arrived did they show the closet they put them in...??? So we wanted to share memories at a memorial and we thought the flowers would be put in the room we were in, not the closet down the hall. SAD, SO VERY SAD

Who knows what has to be done to get through this difficult time when all you want to do is join your loved one in heaven? With all of the family bickering that went on (yes, even then) William Curran knew exactly what had to be done and did what he had to in the eyes of the law and God. He never took sides, he handled everything with the utmost respect, care and was very professional. The services he provided were well worth that little bit extra compared to the "other" places I called. it's like going to the dollar store and getting lotion for your baby because it's cheaper and then she breaks out in a terrible rash. This is my comparison to the other places. As for McKeon, it was like shopping at Lord and Taylor. He made sure my husband's appearance was as if he was taking a nap.The casket was beautiful. I picked out a beautiful Urn to put my husband's ashes. Everything was the way it should have been. Bill was very comforting and he made everything so easy. I had a million questions. He took my calls every single time and was never bothered. He is eager to help and has the best facility. He showed us downstairs and the embalming room. All was clean and I cannot tell you how satisfied I am. I wish that I can do something as wonderful for him one day, that's how happy everyone was with the services provided. Don't bother to shop around. Your loved ones are precious and even in death, they deserve the best. Thank you Bill.
