There are always people around so again, I feel safe taking my time to empty out garbage, vacuum, and care for the mats. As a single mom who feeds the local marching band and will drive a kids as long as I have seatbelts, I am happy to have access to keep the car clean and smelling nice! For about a year they do not clean aluminum wheels of dirt and brake dust that can lead to corrosion if left unattended. The auto wash machine does not clean the wheels of brake dust and road dirt. The two people towel wiping the car did not do the wheels with a towel to remove the dirt. I got a towel and wiped the aluminum wheels, the two people saying the car was ready just laughed. Neither speak English when I asked about dirt still on wheels. Laughing lazy bad attitude people get zero tip. Poor service and bad attitude of the owner on training and staff selection is what Northwest Car Wash has become, go elsewhere. Learn how to wash your car wheels if you chose this place for a car wash. Wipe down is also spotty, poor workmanship and supervision dies not work. Front of car remains with bug spots. Finish the wheel wash at home and get the front of the car clean yourself. Also unable to understand man at the payment counter, poor English. There have also been times when parts of the wash tunnel didn't seem to be functioning properly, leaving my vehicle less clean than expected. The staff has generally been polite, but maintenance and attention to detail seem to have declined compared to when I first became a customer. For the price of a membership, I expected a more reliable experience. It's not terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Over time, I started noticing light scratches and swirl marks appearing on my car's paint -- especially visible because my car is black. After paying close attention, it became clear that the wash process itself is likely responsible. The microfiber "tentacles" that physically scrub the car seem to collect debris, and when that debris gets dragged across the surface, it leaves marks in the clear coat. That kind of slow damage is hard to notice at first -- but on a luxury vehicle, it becomes expensive to correct. For the price of the membership, I expect more focus on equipment maintenance and paint-safe procedures. There's no touchless option here, and unfortunately it's starting to show on the vehicle. If the wash system were cleaned more frequently or if they offered a safer alternative, I'd gladly stay a customer. I'm posting this hoping management takes it seriously. If nothing changes, I'll have to cancel my subscription and move to a touchless or hand-wash service elsewhere. This place has potential -- but not at the cost of damaging the paint on a car like mine.

This is not a touch less wash, it has brushes that seem to do a good job without scratching my car. They have plenty of high suction vacuums, and is usually pretty quick in and out, not too busy.
