Everything was fine before. But then, Joan showed up. I have never met an individual more out of alignment for a position in customer service like Joan. With her flannel shirt and angry face, she finds a way to mess up package check-ins and checkouts like a professional menace. Kindness and professionalism escapes her faculties as she barks and snipes at processes, equipment, and yes, customers. Have a package arriving? Think again. Most likely it'll get refused by Joan and sent back to Amazon with no explanation. Ever since we mentioned the front team had significant delays at the front counter in releasing our packages to us due to scanners and staff, none of our packages have been delivered there and we have had to find and alternative drop point. With Joan around, you can be sure that your day will be dimmed, your time wasted, and faith in humanity crushed. Joan has to go, and she can take her flannel shirt with her. CVS, your customers deserve better. Hire anyone else.

Those ladies are awesome! Always so happy to be helping others feel better. The other employees, not so much. The worse employee is the heavy set, older white lady. She has long grey/blonde hair. Light colored eyes. She never smiles, and seems like she hates her job and helping people. Also, their cleanliness isn't the greatest. I've seen employees cough into their hands, or touch their nose, then continue typing on the computer, or grabbing medications.

I go to this Wal-Mart and they affirm that I broght the battery in earlier but then refused to replace the battery as the "sticker" fell off. The battery has an imprint of the manufacture date of 12/2023 so way under 3 years if I even bought the battery the day it was made. Still they refused to replace the battery even though it is clearly under 3 years old. I am VERY DISSPOINTED in this Wal Mart and WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER EVER-START BATTERY EVER AGAIN. I feel lied to and cheated by this company. The man "Jose" was very, very, very rude and so was most all of their staff......I have no respect for Wal-Mart ever again. Um when you're rude and don't want people to know who you are. First, we were there at 125. At 1:30 she came out and told us that they were on lunch. I asked what time? She said 130. I said we've been here since 125. Needless to say, I just went downhill from there. She couldn't figure out how to use my state issued ID card, which is federal. She said because there's no expiration date on my ID card she couldn't use it. My husband had to explain to her that there is no expiration date on an Arizona ID card. So then I had to pull out my drivers license. Which is California. Any help by the time she was done entering all the information that's required to buy Sudafed, of all things. Our receipt shows a timestamp of 132. So if you wanna talk about semantics, we were definitely there before 130 by the time she was done arguing with us entering all the information for the Sudafed not being able to figure out how to use a federal ID. I'm sure it was more than two minutes. She also informed us that we were cutting into her lunch hour that she was only allowed so much time. Pretty sure they went early, which is fine if there was a sign or something that said that they were out to lunch. But if you're going to argue, especially over minutes , you should have proof. And I have to say the ripping off of the name tag off of her shirt. That's a winner.

This was my first visit to the Bullhead City, AZ Auto Service Center! I scheduled my 2024 Buick…read moreEnvista ST for a oil change. I arrived early for the APPT so the tech had plenty of time to perform service. Service writer was friendly and helpful. I informed him my vehicle has a factory installed rear suspension watts bar and the tires PSI should be set to factory label on the door. front 35psi, rear 32psi and he recorded my request on the work order for the tech. I also added a tire rotation if needed! My service results were disappointing as I went through service that was performed. Tires were all set to 35psi as the tech disregarded my request!! Oil life Monitor was Not reset so I reset it myself which is very easy to do on newer cars. Next day I discovered rt rear valve stem cap laying on the ground in my garage so I checked all VS caps and found all were loose so I installed and tightened all caps. The Engine oil level was correct I did not measure the tire tread depths, but concerned they may not have rotated them due to the total service only took about 20 mins. Now here is the recap: I worked in automotive service for 40 years and I get it if a customer were to arrive for their APPT late, that some servicing will be rushed or over looked (not a good thing when it comes to safety of your vehicle) or the tech is having a attitude issue, Another service writer finished my paperwork and saw the tech set the psi all to 35 and saw the comment of set tires to front 35 and rear 32 per factory specs. They did not offer to have the rear tires reset to 32 so I did it myself. These are some minor issues and unfortunately I will not be returning there for service, I also have relatives that have their cars serviced there and I do not want them to have service done improperly either. Hoping the service manager will address the inportance of customer satisfaction and vehicle safety with the staff.

I told her I had it on my phone and waited for the Walmart app to load. She rushed me, ignored other customers, and refused to check someone else's receipt while I was still waiting. When my receipt finally loaded, she sighed heavily like I was stealing. Her behavior made me feel singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected -- especially as a mom trying to manage a fussy baby. I've never felt so singled out for no reason. Walmart needs to train staff to treat all customers with respect, because this was unacceptable. I want to speak to management about how I was treated, because Walmart needs to ensure all customers are treated fairly and with respect.

Urgent Care called in a prescription for me approximately 1 hour prior to my arrival at Wal-Mart. I…read morewaited in line about 5 minutes, showed my ID, Medicare Card and Insurance Card. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes and waited in line again for 5 minutes. I received the prescription as ordered: a prepacked item that should have taken less than one minute to fulfill, including printing out the usual pharmacy boiler plate drug specific paperwork. Wal-Marts lack of concern for my time will result in the above prescription order being my first and last at the Wal-Mart at this location.
