I use Safeway Parking in numerous cities, Miami, Tampa, and St. Petersburg. It is hands down the best parking service I've used in those areas. Every attendant is courteous, trustworthy, presentable, and respectful of other people's property! Not to mention they go above and beyond to make sure you have a 5 star experience. Safeway Parking Enterprises are straight up scum bags. I did not want to tip valet because when I got my car back there was money missing in my glove compartment, but the company went ahead and charged my credit card 3 times plus tip. So I ended up recieving three $15 charges which my bank could not refund. Despite me talking the the operations manager, Safeway Parking Enterprises has informed me that they cannot refund me any of the charges because the bank has already credited my account. So I sent them bank statements showing they didnt and they have must ignored me and cheated me out of my money. This company conducts funny business!! read more

Do not park in these ramps. I parked in the one down my Armature Works and when I was ready to pay I text PAY to the number provided on their ticket and never received a link to pay, after trying this 3 times myself and other members of my party trying we went down to the gate. At the gate it would not let us out no matter how hard we tried to pay and the gate would not open. We were unable to hit the help button because the screen on their system was locked. We called the number on the ticket to explain and they were extremely rudely. They were unwilling to help continued to tell us to push the help button which we were unable to do. Finally after 15 minutes a worker came in a golf cart who was extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Shame on this company for the service they provide when a customer is in need of help exiting their ramp because of their computer problems. Instead of apologizing they actually blame the customer. read more

If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. We got our car back and they had hot something. Who hits something when parking a car and it's your job? You can even see where they tried to rub it off but we have two dents in our fender, and it shifted our hood, and broke the clips to our bumper. Absolutely ridiculous. We called and no one answered. I lost my phone in one of their parking lots on a Saturday night. One of the attendants the morning after found the phone and took it back to their office, helped contact me, and successfully returned it in perfect condition. My wife and I use Safeway most weekends in downtown Tampa and the young men that help us are always awesome! They are respectful, professional, and eager to assist. Having someone park your car is sometimes hard to give trust in, but when I see the Safeway guys I feel a lot better! read more

Started at whisky joes and a safeway shirt guy says resturant is closed go to Rusty Pelican. Was going to go to Rusty pellican and was met by a very rude valet guy with a Safeway shirt. He tells me I can't park in the parking spot I was in. Not marked like the others "valet only" then he asks me to move the car and i have to leave as the resturant is also closed. I told him. Sure but give me a minute my daughter was changing her shirt. I told him that someone from whisky joes is sending people here he should let them know to stop. He said not his problem and he could not walkie talky over there and just walked away. Then 2 min later another guy with a blue shirt comes to me and tells me the same thing. I explained that I was aware and getting ready to leave and I told him I would never come back. His response was very sarcastic and he said "ok great" and he just walked away. I would never trust any of your smug rude employees with my car keys or car. So with that said I will never visit those restaurants ever. I have also alerted them as well. read more

Location of service Armature Works- If I could give this Valet company negative stars I would. The worst experience ever, we went to a company Christmas party we were never told to come get our car by a certain time. When we left the party our car was parked out front no keys no instructions on what to do over an hour later the security guard from Armature Works finally found the keys randomly left. This experience ruined our whole night lazy ass mentality and lack of process to leave someone stranded. STAY AWAY!! read more

We used Safeway Parking when we flew out of town for a few days. I've used off-site parking services before and sometimes the location and drivers seem sketchy and I've had to plan an extra 30-45 minutes before and after the flight. Not the case here. Safeway's driver was courteous, professional, helped us with our bags, opened doors and valeted our car. The shuttle was clean, was right there waiting to pick us up to and from the airport and our car was kept in a lot that was very visible and right along the main road so I was confident it was safe. Not to mention they saved us a bunch of money on airport parking fees. Will definitely use again for my next trip. read more

Today at waterworks they were charging $10 for parking. It's $5 online and on their sign that they had conveniently covered up. Not sure if the attendants were just pocketing the extra funds or if upper management made the price hike call. Still poor business practice. read more

I have used Safeway Parking a few times in the past and did so last Friday evening at MacDinton's off lot parking. Safeway normally charges $7 for parking and two VIP tickets to skip the line at MacDinton's Happy Hour, which is a great deal. However, last Friday they charged us $20 for 3 people which should have been $14. The guy working said they don't give out change anymore, and there for it would be a flat $20. We even showed him the sign that stands by the road that says $7, but he stuck to his story. We paid and moved on. I called Safeway Parking the following Monday to let them know about my experience and they were very nice. They couldn't really do anything for me however, and assured me they would look into the situation. The man I spoke to seemed surprised and genuinely concerned. After talking to some friends about my frustration, I found out that some of them have had similar experiences with the parking attendants at this particular site. If you ever use this company, I would just be aware of their prices and call their company immediately if you have a problem. read more

The service was awesome. It was my first time to use their airport service, the shuttle was waiting for me when I dropped off my car, it took about 5 minutes to get to the gate and once I landed I called and they were outside by the time I walked out the airport. I feel like its a better service than some of those over priced car services, not to mention the great prices and discounts they offered. I would recommend this to anyone who is flying out of Tampa.
