The silver lining was the kind staff who work here! Overall, we have had better experiences with Rite Aid than other chain pharmacies in this area. This experience was so positive, we are considering moving our other pharmacy needs to this location. I was tempted to remove a star on this review as my husband's prescription could NOT be dispensed immediately as the pharmacist was on a break (short staff at this location). That was a bit alarming at first but my husband's pain was controlled well at that point and the wait was definitely on the shorter side of the range I was given. The staff sent me a text message when the prescription was ready. While I waited, I found several other items that my husband had requested. Those areas of the store were nicely stocked (no empty shelves here!) I had a $10 off coupon which I used (with purchase of $40 or more) very nice!

The pharmacist assistant (I wish I had asked her name) was incredible! She perfectly pronounced my difficult to legal Indian name and was able to coordinate with the other pharmacy who couldn't fill it and get it done quickly so I could be on my way!

In addition to its personal prescription drug services, offered a nice selection of many of the familiar pharmaceutical and related products. And of a touch more importance to our interest observations, a decent selection of medical & health-related pieces of equipment, accessories, and related supplies. We have always found staff assistance there to be very friendly, caring, and helpful.

Not that we enjoy getting poked but we did enjoy meeting Michael, who administered our shots. Thank you for being so informative and making the process as painless as possible. We find the whole staff very friendly and we appreciate the time they take to inform and answer any questions we might have.
