Cypress Creek had great reviews, so even though it was a longer commute, we wanted a positive experience. We purchased the 6 lesson package for my daughter and it was a good fit. She already had some driving experience, but she needed some fine tuning. Each lesson was 1.5 hours and my daughter's driving ability and comfort behind the wheel improved. After the 6th lesson, we scheduled her road test with an extra lesson right before. She was thrilled when she passed. I'm very happy with our experience. My daughter says she highly recommends Cypress Creek Driving Academy and so do I.

Camp options are full or half day because as a working parent half day camps are impossible which is the only option at ninjas when we were there. He is learning and having fun at the same time. John who is the manager (maybe owner) is very involved and present on-site. He was accommodating to schedule changes and if late pickup is needed he and his staff are understanding. We have signed up for Christmas camp and after the new year plan to enroll in the regular season. Can't recommend this place enough for your kids.

The online portal is outdated, poorly organized, and not user-friendly, making an already frustrating process even more challenging. While Jane seemed familiar with basic procedures, she was unable or unwilling to provide clear answers to more detailed questions. Instead of receiving helpful guidance, I often felt rushed off the phone without the information I needed. Driving education is an important investment for both parents and teenagers. Families should expect professionalism, clear communication, and responsive customer service throughout the entire experience--not just during enrollment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe it is important for other families to be aware of these issues before committing their time and money.
