If you hit tough times and your car is towed, then you work really hard to pay the lender enough to get it back, be ready to be persistent with this tow company, as they're almost impossible to contact or make an appointment with. Our confirmation text said it was not a confirmation, no address was provided. FINALLY! The lender gave us the address and we had to go through the no trespassing sign area, find the crappy office (no signs). The manager insisted we missed our other appointment and didn't care that we didn't have the address. He threatened to escort us off the lot. Fortunately , there is a nice secretary who intervened, found our paperwork and we got our car. They definitely take advantage of people who already feel they don't have rights because they got behind on their car payment.
