I recently had my windshield replaced and cameras recalibrated at Safelite, after developing a large crack in the glass. The process could not have gone more smoothly. I was informed of the price beforehand. Safelite took every measure to assure that the cost was covered by insurance. While the repair was ongoing, I was kept apprised of the progress. Staff were friendly and helpful. The warranties are reassuring, though I hope not to have to make use of them. read more

Horrible management. I went thru Allstate and unfortunately they only use Safelite to replace windshields. I talked to the Allstate rep to help me figure out which windshield was the right on for my vehicle. She told me when I made the appointment at Safelite, they would get the VIN # which would identify the correct one so they could order it. My appointment was a week in advance so this idiot manager Ed had plenty of time to order it. My husband took off work to go with me so I could drop my car off and not have to wait the 3+ hours. I live in Easton so it was an hour and 15 minute drive to get to this location. You'll never guess what happened - Ed didn't order the windshield and didn't have one in stock! Thanks for wasting our whole damn morning Ed - not to mention gas in 2 vehicles to drive all they way over there. read more

My car was taken here with a smashed windshield on the passenger side. After the glass was replaced, we picked it up and the driver's side door was so dented it, it was difficult to open the door. The bird that hit the windshield could not have first hit the driver's side door and then rolled up to smash the windshield. Safelite denied backing into the car, and there was no way to prove it. Nefarious business practice at best. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR AT THIS SAFELITE. read more

Made an appointment to get my drivers side window replaced. They came one tuesday and had the wrong glass. Waited a week so they could order the right glass. They cane the next tuesday and put the glass in but found out the glass they ordered was bad and wouldnt allow mu window to roll up or down. Was told they would order another piece and sorry for everything and its been 3 weeks and havent even got a call from them read more

Easy process. I called and made a tentative reservation and got a quote. Confirmed an appointment via the web They repaired my rear quarter panel window in less than 90 minutes. I dropped off the car, and they called me when it was ready. Any broken glass was vacuumed too. I would definitely recommend the shop. read more

Please dont waste your time went in had windshield repaired and was the worst experiance ever. They dont honor there warranty and the manager is rude. they are not AGRSS certified like most other shops on the shore there prices are also higher than other shops and they are focused on high volume get as many cars in per day to keep a good quota with corporate they are only concerned about numbers. If you want attention to detail do NOT go here you will get a sloppy install and poor quality glass. read more
