Well just got off the phone and my car still isn't ready. It's been almost 2 months for my bumper repair. I have paid for a rental for 3 weeks after what the insurance company covered. When I called today, she said my car was next in line for painting but I received a text 2 weeks ago saying that same thing. I am disappointed and wish I just drove around with a broken bumper at this point. However after reading the other reviews, I am definitely not alone. So crazy! There was no I understand that this is a hardship, no I apologize, just silence after telling me my car won't be ready until the 16th. I couldn't believe it. So the car finally came back. Nine weeks! Nine weeks I had to rent a car because it was being worked on. If you see my previous reviews of caliber collision, I held my final response for this last post. I must say, at the end of everything, the car was perfect! I mean absolutely pristine. I came they're ready to rip them a new one and they delivered what they said they were going to deliver: a complete repair and restore. The manager and mechanic on the case explain to us in detail how much work was involved fixing this car, what with all of the new technology the Japanese put into these Hondas, it took many, many weeks to repair and much work went into it. Between that and delivery times for parts it was truly a Herculean effort to have this vehicle returned to almost show room quality. My only critique, and the reason I gave it for and not five stars, was because communication with caliber during this time. Unreliable and sometimes not quite accurate. They weren't really forthcoming with how long this would take, and I do understand why now but I kind of wish they would've told me all of this in the past 2 1/2 months. It would've made my experience much more palatable if I had known the size of the job. So, the bottom line to all of this is that despite I feel that communication was somewhat lacking, I feel that the job they did was nothing short of amazing. Honestly, for the big, highly involved, technical work, they were certain the ones to go to. read more

Took my car in for repairs on paint damage. the process was so smooth & very quick!! I received the car back within a week, right before the holidays!! I am so happy with the work!! My car looks brand new!! The staff was very friendly & kept in contact with me along each step of the repairs!! I would recommend this shop to anyone!! I have a new Highlander and suddenly ended up with a DD "door ding". I went to Caliber Collision from a recommendation, explained the situation to (Jennifer) and the welcoming was very satisfying, the overall initial service was very good. A week later was the appointment date. I was again very satisfied with their service, they even took me home while the SUV was being fixed and returned to pick me up to get my vehicle. I was very impressed with service as well as the success of the PDR 'paintless dent remove' which was excellent. Thanks -you got my vote! read more

I used them before,it was ok ...returned last week for estimate ,girl at counter did me a favor talking to me,only to be turned away for appointment only. I drove 30 mile to be told this. Same applies to Berlin Ocean City location too. Too busy and same as other girl at counter,just rude. read more

I was satisfied with the work that was done on my car but it took 4 weeks to fix my car. I needed a rental and it cost me over a 1000 dollars! I was obviously not a priority for them. Other shops I have been to in the past were a lot faster and did a full detail on my car as well. Very disappointed! Would not recommend if you are in a hurry to get your car back. read more

I was originally satisfied. Friendly staff and repairs look good. There a few things that could be better (like I got a new passenger window and there is a pretty big scratch on my window but it's on the side and not worth being without my car for another week). My issue is there are big groove marks, missing paint and scuff mark's on my back bumper when I got it back. My car was obviously either hit by another car (could be a random person in parking lot) or was backed into something. I take it back in and my 'project manager' who was not there when I dropped my car off said oh, no he remembers them already being there and has pictures. Ok, if you have pictures I'll go with it because there is no use arguing. I use my back hatch every day because I put my kids book bags and diaper bags in the back and have never noticed these and they're right in line with my handle. So he proceeds to show me pictures of the damage but in the pictures my car is covered in dust, liked covered covered with handprints all through out. And I said I'll accept you saying the damage was there but I dont believe it was but I do not accept you saying those pics were taken as soon as I dropped it off. At that point my car had already been through something, moved, in a shop, not just dropped off. He said it came in that dirty. That's just not true. I hadn't even had my car back a week from getting detailed at the dealership before a tree limb hit the front. I had just taken a pic the day before and it wasn't covered in white dust. Its fall, the dust is white so no way its pollen. So now you've lied to me and if you lie then you have something to hide. Do the right thing and fix my bumper. It was damaged while in your care. read more

I got in an accident and the person smashed my back passenger side of my car in. Calliber Collision specifically Buddy and Brian were amazing. The text updates I got at least everyday or every other day to tell how the process was going I liked a lot. They listened to every concern I had and answered any question I had was out making me like a nuisance. What was the best was my car was done before the deadline and perfect! Jennifer sounds great when you meet her, she happened to be at the dealership when I took my car there and was told that they do not do body work. She greeted me, told me everything I wanted to hear. She also stated that I can drop off my and they will work on it as soon as they get the parts in, that normally take a day or so. I was like ok sounds great. Well unfortunately for them everything went down hill as soon as I stepped into the office! I walked in mean a while I had already talked with hertz to come give me a ride so I can get a rental car from there and the gentlemen was waiting for me. Walking in and the receptionist Tammy looks at me and says can I help you. I was like hi, I'm dropping off my car Because it needs some work. And she reply's back stating we don't do drop off, you need to call and we can book you an appointment. I was like ok, but when I talked to Jennifer that's what she told me and she said I have no idea why she told you that but we don't do that. I was like ok when is your next available appointment she stated not till the end of next week. I said ok my insurance had sent over the paperwork you didn't get it? She stated idk what is your name I was like ....... told her my name, and then she said that the insurance company never sent over the paperwork. Needless to say she was nothing close to nice, nothing close to being helpful, and nothing close to being understanding from a customers point of view. She called me the next day to apologize. For the the "inconvenience" and that she found the paperwork. But she had already lost all my business. Caliber you got to give that lady a raise. read more
