Safelite recycles the windshields they replace!! This is the main reason I am writing this review. I want others to know that when you use Safelite, your old glass isn't going into a landfill! Yay! Thank you Safelite! I learned this from my very knowledgable and friendly technician, Jeff. He was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job replacing my windshield. I was very impressed with how easy it was to set up an appointment with Safelite. My initial appointment was made for me to go to their location but they were able to easily reschedule to come out to me--very convenient. had my windshield replaced 4 days ago and upon inspection, realized multiple damage. greasy handprints on my cloth headliner, parts left inside hood and not replace where they should be, scratches, noise, and parts not put back on right. can't even get in touch with the company now. go figure. they do not want to know you unless it is good news. don't let them near your car!!!!! read more

Had my windshield replaced here the other day. Scheduled an appointment in advance online. The day of, it took them around 90 minutes (they quoted "around an hour, maybe more") to replace the windshield and get paperwork ready and a receipt printed. The new windshield looked fine, but around 2 or 3 hours after getting home I noticed that the rubber seals on both sides of the windshield were peeling up, away from the glass and body of the car. After a bit of pushback, the warranty claims department agreed to send someone out to me to fix it (since I live just under an hour away from the store) later in the week at no cost. So while they'll eventually make good on the repair and warranty service, the time and hassle is far too great for a $300+ repair that should've been done right the first time. read more

I have a crack on my windshield. My friend recommend this shop to me. So I went there this morning. The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly. However, they tried to fix it but the crack was bigger which could happen during the process. So they have to change the windshield. It was good that my car insurance cover that expense. So I have to go home and go back again next week, because they don't have the spare windshield that fit to my car. They explained every questions for me eagerly and clearly. I like that. I will come back for more review after I finish to fix the windshield. read more

I used safelite friday of last week and jason provided amazing service and went above and beyond by being not only a amazing glass installer but amazing in customer service and made my 3 and 5 yr old girls day by showing and telling the what he was doing all while keeping his speed of service with his bubbly can do personality he would for sure be a hard act to follow when i need safelite again i hope u keep jason for years to come he is for sure a amazing asset to your company read more
