Fantastic Service with the professionalism that is hard to find these days!…read more I was under strict rules from my wife on how she wanted the end product to blend with our house! The professionals at A-Team understood this from the beginning & recommended products that fit my needs & especially my wife's. I personally was worried how my big screen would be mounted to the wall without pre-installed outlets or cables. This was not a problem, as the A-Team knew what to do! Just watched our first movie & was blown away by the sound from our new audio system! I'm looking forward to having company over and entertaining along with using my remote that goes through walls & outdoor speakers I had in stalled as well on the patio! If you've never heard of Control 4 before, this is a must! All-in-all would recommend & price was good too!

Recently had what I thought were better cameras installed but after a few weeks I'm questioning…read morethat. 1 camera needs to be adjusted because the built in lights are too close to the wall and aren't lighting up the monitored area. 1 camera shows the yard/grass to be a different color than the other 4 cameras. 2 cameras aren't lighting up the monitored areas where they are positioned. There's a yard light on the corner but it's at least 40 feet from either of these cameras. The HD clarity is suspect on all 5 cameras. I can't really see details unless what I'm viewing is less than 15 feet from the cameras.

We have been a customer at Alert 360 for 14 years. They…read morehave been providing coverage at our house and my medical clinic. I found out a week ago from a customer service rep that they have not been able to pick up any monitoring at the clinic. Therefore, if anyone broke into my clinic they would not be able to pick up the break in....!!!! So what exactly have I been paying for and how long have they not been able to monitor my clinic??? I called their customer service today and spoke with Taylor. I told her that I needed to know what my current balance is. I also told her I wanted to cancel my service at the clinic. She informed me that they need a month notice to cancel my account which means I would have to pay for June. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR JUNE WHEN THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP ANY MONITORING AT THE CLINIC AT ALL. Does this make any sense at all. I have owned my clinic since 1995. I work hard for my money. I have given them 14yrs...!!! This company is a shit hole of a company. We will be reporting them to the BBB also. I will be canceling the coverage at our house also.
