The first man that came out didn't know what he was talking about and didn't relay our needs to the plumber. Plumber had to come out 3 different days, 4 if you count the "plumber" (sales man) that quoted everything. And like I said we still don't have what we were sold on.

I regret ever wasting time or money doing business with this company and do not recommend them on my worst enemies. ADT failed me numerous times and I lost their trust; 2 times things were not hooked up right so you could just open a window and crawl through without setting the alarm off. Then they kept upgraded my cell backup and it was never provisioned. I know because we had an issue and ADT was not notified. Recently had what I thought were better cameras installed but after a few weeks I'm questioning…read morethat. 1 camera needs to be adjusted because the built in lights are too close to the wall and aren't lighting up the monitored area. 1 camera shows the yard/grass to be a different color than the other 4 cameras. 2 cameras aren't lighting up the monitored areas where they are positioned. There's a yard light on the corner but it's at least 40 feet from either of these cameras. The HD clarity is suspect on all 5 cameras. I can't really see details unless what I'm viewing is less than 15 feet from the cameras.
