They have fixed multiple issues with both units in my apartment and have maintained them during the hot NYC summers. I wouldn't go to or trust anyone else for working on my HVAC. Derrick explains what he thinks the issue is, what needs to be done to fix it and what possibly caused it. You can tell he's been doing it for 20 years and has never tried to oversell me on anything I don't need. This company is a shining light in a sea of untrustworthy traders. Anyone looking to have their HVAC fixed I would go with Dewpoint. (Kendra who runs the office is very helpful and understanding too!)

After many frustrating encounters with a dozen or so other AC contractors who either never called…read moreback or didn't bother to show up at the agreed-upon time (this seems to be an industry-wide phenomena), I finally found Dewpoint. Bottom line: they're the best. Derrick showed up on time and fully equipped to get to work, and he had my three central AC units (poorly installed by someone else) up and running in record time, at a fair price, despite it being the first hot spell of the summer season. Derrick walked me through the process, gave me repair/replace options and an estimated cost, and then got right to it. Polite, professional and thorough, it was a real (and rare) pleasure to deal with someone who knows his trade inside and out and takes pride in a job well done. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you need HVAC service, these guys should be your first call.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I had two techs come to service my PTAC units. One did a…read moregreat job, the other didn't even bother cleaning the filters in my master bedroom. Immediately after the service, my 4-year-old PTAC started making noise and the thermostat stopped working properly. I called them back, and they sent a tech who insisted nothing was wrong--clearly to avoid holding the first tech accountable. I then hired another company, who found a leak and confirmed the unit was losing freon. When I confronted YuHan, she claimed it was "impossible" their first technician caused the problem and that their company "never makes mistakes." That's hard to believe when they couldn't even clean a filter. She asked me to send pictures and receipts, but it's pointless--she'll just deny responsibility no matter the evidence. She basically said I am lying. I attached a picture, this was AFTER the "cleaning". You can see the line thats leaking. The rep went as far as saying I am taking pictures of a third unit they never serviced, as if I am trying to scam them for a machine that wasn't working. Its ridiculous There are far better companies out there, and I can recommend a few. My advice: stay far away from these guys.

A year after the…read moreunits had been in use, we called AllOut HVAC Solutions for an annual inspection/service of the machines, as recommended by the manufacturer. Andrew immediately found issues with the installation that would void the warrantee if anything went wrong. We signed an annual service contract and will have them come every year to inspect and service the units.

Our boiler decided to stop working a few days ago and we frantically called around to find someone who would be able to come out and fix the issue. Having a baby made this issue something we could not push off. We originally called a local HVAC "specialist" who came while we were at work. Long story short he ripped is off and did nothing we paid him to but thank God for AllOut HVAV! Andrew came over the next day because the boiler stopped working again. He did his assessment, put a very detailed list of what needed to be done, and sent an estimate within an hour of leaving. I am extremely satisfied with the work done. He is now our go to HVAC guy! Our boiler is running like a well oiled machine. He explained in great detail what he did, showed me what was supposed to be done and even called after leaving to tell me something he forgot to while he was here. You won't be disappointed I guarantee it!

I chose Mazgan to resolve a problem with my Navien combi boiler, and I am very happy that I made…read morethis choice. The problem turned out to be much more serious than initially expected, and resolving it required several visits by Mazgan's technicians. Although the repair process was more involved than anyone had anticipated, the company continued working on the problem until it was fully resolved. Throughout the process, the technicians proved themselves to be responsible professionals who worked hard to solve the problem. Mazgan arranged for the necessary parts to be supplied by Navien. In several cases, obtaining those parts at no cost required Mazgan to negotiate with Navien on my behalf. The company was also very accommodating regarding the overall cost of the repairs. In the end, Mazgan proved to be a reliable company that stands behind its work and can be trusted to see a difficult project through to completion.

Then Mark said it would cost $3000 to get up and running with new wall unit install. When I complained, they said they would work with me. (I expected $2K to finish). When a used unit arrived on site for replacement, he instead sent a bill for $5500 to install, trying to weasel $8000 out of me to change out a simple wall unit 7' high on a wall. He then knocked it down to $4300. Still ridiculously HIGH!!! They add in line items like $500 crane fee for their lazy asses to lift the 15 lbs unit in the air. They originally tried to charge $225/lbs of R410A freon. I could go on and on. In the end they left me hanging but thank God they did. I called another company that charged me $2600 total to install a brand new unit ($700), with 11 lbs @ only $95/lbs of freon fee and none of their predatory fees- just an hourly rate. Mazgan is so unscrupulous. I hate vendors like this. STEER CLEAR. I cannot express this enough.
