My husband and I stopped to mail a Easter gift and since things sometimes get stolen we asked if it could be held at the post office or if she could sign for it? The man begins screaming at us saying we were defrauding the post office.. said something was fishy and suspicious and get out.. So what was fishy a small Easter gnome or the card that were sitting on his counter unwrapped or us dangerous 60 something's? WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE this business absolutely has the wrong name and will never see us again! read more

Would use a 0 star rating but can't. Needed a Uhaul to move and put in an online request and was sent to this location for the uhaul. The guy who owns this place is a complete jerk and was not helpful. Talked to him on the phone asking for assistance to find a specific hitch part and was extremely rude. He also hung up the phone on me which is so unprofessional. Try to avoid using the extremely sub par services of this shop. Really disappointed. read more

The owner Kyle and his partner packed and shipped my fragile ornaments and painting to California. Excellent service, and it arrived today without any issues. Much better than giving your business to UPS and Fedex, as you're supporting small businesses. The negative reviews are from the prior owner. read more

Do not use this service venue...ridiculous owner! Won't allow me 0 star rating, but I guess 1 for being open?? I had a contract end and needed to ship some expensive and proprietary equipment back to the organization. I didn't want to go up to Fed Ex Benson Rd where I usually do it, so googled and it said @SafeShip on E. 10th could do it. Walked in and from that point on thought I was being pranked: - Should have known by the ESSAY written about wearing masks and freedom hanging up I was in trouble with my mask on. - Didn't tell him things in the right order. He was asking and typing...sorry I couldn't see the screen behind the counter so relied on him to direct the order. - Town I'm shipping it to doesn't come up in his system..."he's not responsible if I'm wrong". - On..and..on. Painful, and he couldn't see me smiling and giggling behind my mask. - As always I need to see them pack it and seal it...he refused saying he "doesn't need anyone watching him". Told him I wasn't concerned with method just was a requirement for security. - He walked back to the register and said he needed my card back to refund my $70+ because I'm "too important to shop there". - I asked if he was the owner and he said yes!! I shouldn't have laughed as I walked out but truly thought I was being pranked...it was an Archie Bunker exchange!!! I ended up @FedEx on Louise and Karina was amazing! Understood exactly how, what, why, when. Just like always. I asked if it was offensive for me to watch her box it, she said absolutely not and routine in this case. She assured me SAFE SHIP was not an official FedEx site, and she was great!! In this case I won't be shopping local again!! Unless I need a giggle...Bless his heart read more

Non responsive. Don't trust this place for any of your business needs. FedEx has a damage claim open for a shipment and Matt Ellis doesn't even care enough about his customers to follow up for them. Bad business practices. read more

I used the online reservation service and that worked ok. When I was done, I returned the trailer after business hours and when through the online return process, again it functioned acceptably well. While completing the online return process, it assessed a $15 "cleaning fee." This was an open utility trailer, there's nothing to clean. Complaints to the business and parent company went unanswered. This nearly doubles the cost of the rental. Very disappointed in U-Haul.

I have used this location for many years, with nothing but high praise for this store. I have shipped everything from birthday gifts, Christmas gifts to locations all over the USA. They have also handled my shipping out of the contry with nothing but excellent service. I would use no ther service to ship my packages. They have helped me above and beyond their requirments. I will continue to use this store, as I have always been more than happy with the service I received. Keep up the great work!!! read more
