Definitely not a fan of writing a poor review, however, this place leaves no option. I went today…read moreto have a live scan done for employment. Apparently the store has two different live scan operations/machines. The girl that was helping me tried to scan me into one live scan system. It was not recognizing my QR code. I went and called the company that was on the machine that she told me to call and they said I didn't have an appointment. I went over a bunch of stuff with them and they said well maybe it was a different company we were using. So I went to the form that I was provided with the QR code and called them. They gave me a new QR we went back in. She scanned it. It still wasn't working. Went back out to my car and called the guy I had spoken to from the email and they said that it was weird because it should be working. He called the store and asked them if they had a second live scan machine to which the person that answered the phone, not the girl helping me, said yes there's two live scan machines. We go back in and what do you know my QR code worked fine on the right machine. They were not helpful at all during this process and it was amazing to me that the girl did not even have the foresight to think that there was a second machine that they could've tried it on. They also tried to say that I told them it was the company of the one machine. My sister said no, not true. I had specifically shown her the email which listed the company I was using on it. I didn't know they had two machines and had no way as a customer of knowing that they would have two different types of machines there. The customer service lacked any kind of empathy or sympathy in a process that was stressful. It was a 2 Hour drive for me to get to the nearest live scan location to my house. So after two hours of drive, she kind of expected me just to go home and call the people and figure it out. Something that should've taken us 15 minutes, took us almost 2 hours with all the phone calls we had to make. There was no troubleshooting or assistance at all from the employees of this store. My sister who is with me, spoke to what she thinks was the manager who mimicked the same attitude as the girl who helped us.
