When I was finally able to get a hold of Brandon, he again spelled my name wrong and said I could reach out to his attorney as he was filling a claim with his professional error and admission. I have yet to get an apologize to this error. To admit that they made the mistake and still not find a way to fix this. This was very unprofessional by Brandon and his team.

Furthermore, the shut off valves under my kitchen sink are all compromised and now have to be replaced by a plumber. This will cost me hundreds if not more and I have to request that the buildings water supply be shut off. The plumber spent less than 10 minutes being able to see that there were issues.
