My wife's parents have ADS and have been satisfied, so that is what we chose. We procrastinated so bad that is was the week before I was leaving before we called. Once we did call, the salesperson asked if he could come over right then. Surprisingly fast service. He looked through everything and determined what small things needed to be done. One of the sensors on our back shed was dated and needed to be replaced. He gave us one he had in his car just so we wouldn't be charged when the installation. I believe he came over on that Friday and we explained our sense of urgency with my pending travel coming up. He said no guarantees, but he would make some phone calls to see if he could get it to happen. He got us scheduled to be installed that following Monday!! Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. Our salesperson gave us his cell number and said to call any time we have an issue. When our new puppy was setting off the window break with her occasional whining, he discussed a solution and got someone out to get it fixed. We have been nothing but happy with our experience.
