The first lady looked at her and said she could't take it asked two others and the looked at her and said they didn't want to it would take too long and they were tired they didn't have anything available. and were very rude and dismissive. My daughter came out crying!!! We are latin by the way. My daughter suffers from high anxiety and is on the spectrum. just going to ask for an appointment was hard enough. Being treated in such a crapy manner was not ok. I was furious I did go on line and they had plenty of appointments available. So not sure what the issue was.
