When the quote came back, they conveniently added a $58.50 "fuel surcharge". I'm not sure where they are buying their fuel, but it doesn't take $58 to get from Walnut Creek to Napa, let alone add that to the price. False advertising at it's best. This was a point to point reservation, not 6hrs touring Napa. 1hr there, wait for 3 hours and 1 hr back. Caveat emptor.

Not only that, but if we have any questions or want to make any changes she is able to do it because she has direct contact with hotel staff managers and airline managers.
