You know, got my proof and also saved a tree in the process since I reside in a small town and already spread whole lot of carbon monoxide getting to and from places :). It does not take that much to be customer friendly and most places that rely on real life people not on just member's of immediate or extended family make an effort to be cordial and welcoming.

When a customer walks in and your having a social call , the polite thing to do is to tell them you have a customer. The excuse was that it was a colleague but it was not business related , it was about their personal lives . The first time I went in there she would not even let me sit on the couch that they provide to look through the documents I needed to get printed. There is a reason for her rudeness , we dated the same person years ago , that much we have in common , I bet she was told a few stories about me but they are just that , stories , that man should talk and he has a whole harem of women which is why I'm personally done with him. But all of that aside , she runs a business and that should have been put aside. She was the closest printing place , not the only one , and certainly not the cheapest.

So how they delivered it to the wrong address is beyond me. When I tried to call FedEx to get some help I was not pleased with their automated phone system. The first call allowed me to eventually get to a representative and get a support ticket started. I was told the driver would go pick up the package and deliver it to me. I was also told I would get a phone call from a person. I realize it was a Saturday. But I was told this by a real person. I still haven't received that phone call almost 20 hours later. I am glade my neighbors 2 miles away were smart enough to post on Facebook so I could go get my own package. Then I tried to call and let FedEx know I had my package, thanks to neighbors and myself. But now their automated phone system doesn't recognize my tracking number nor the support ticket number. It puts me in a three-minute loop of what is your tracking number, that number doesn't exist, what is your tracking number, I can't forward your call to a representative without a valid tracking number and around we go until the automated phone system hangs up on me. I am posting this because the item was a $700 item, delivered to the wrong address. If my neighbors would have been less than honest, I would be the one without my item. Because based on my experience FedEx doesn't care. FedEx please fix your automated phone system to be more user friendly. Also, if the delivery person can't find the correct address have them take it back to your delivery hub and have a different driver, more familiar with the area deliver it the next day. In a world of google maps there is no excuse for delivering to the wrong address. My correct address is on google maps.

They will not open mail, scan, and send it to us, ltho the original contract gives them permission. Policy change notice was stuffed in the boxes, not emailed until 1 week from the deadline when they requested very personal info to be sent by regular email, ignoring all security protocols. When I was unable to provide the info in the time permitted they closed my box and refusef to return the half year of service I paid for.
