I left my dogs here for a week and just picked them up - while I was gone one of my dogs got sick and they called me immediately, and with my permission took her to the emergency vet. They kept me updated the whole time with calls, texts, photos, and specialized care until I was able to fly back and pick them up. 10/10 recommend and will definitely continue bringing my dogs here in the future. All the staff is great and I can tell they all truly do love my dogs!

Our dog, Shaka, just loved spending time with her and the other pups she cared for. We were a little worried at first about his temperament being around others (humans and other animals) since he gets a little skittish, but he seemed to thrive there. When it was pick-up time, he was always happy and seemed to sleep very well from getting his exercise and socialize in. (He also smelled great on his longer stays. Thank you for the baths!) Jen is super flexible and communicative. We were so appreciative of this since we tend be rather spontaneous and would ask to drop him off the day before sometimes. We also would extend his stay last minute, for example, when we were taking road trips and wanted to stop for the night instead of driving all the way through a town. (Sorry and thank you so much, Jen!) Shaka has stayed over from one day to two weeks (possibly more), and each time, we've received text updates from her and even pictures of him happy with his friends. I always looked forward to those. Shaka passed away early last year, and I've been meaning to write this for a long time to say, "Thank you, Jen!" for being such a wonderful caregiver and trustworthy and friendly person overall. Our dog was bitten and injured by another dog while at 3 Dogs' day care in late October 2023. 3…read moreDogs' actions over the past several weeks show that this is not a responsible, caring, or safe facility. I encourage you to keep our experience in mind when you choose a dog day care. 1. 3 Dogs did not reach out to check on our dog or see how she was doing. They knew that our dog had puncture wounds, needed an same-day urgent care vet visit, sedation for the puncture wounds to be flushed and treated, three prescriptions, follow up visits, constant monitoring, etc. We finally reached out to them after 2 weeks of not hearing from them. 2. When we reached out to them to ask about their procedures when a dog is injured while in their care, they seemed to have no procedures. No incident report was made. There was no surveillance video of the scuffle / bite. The staff member that I talked to on the phone was not aware of the incident until I contacted 3 Dogs. 3. When we asked what happened with the dog that bit our dog, they said that nothing happened - the other dog did not go home early, there was no change to the dog's schedule (until weeks later when we requested it), and we learned later that the other dog's owner was not EVEN INFORMED THAT SHE BIT OUR DOG. 4. 3 Dogs has changed their story over and over. As of our last email with them today, they are now blaming our dog for being bitten. Our dog and the other dog do NOT know each other beyond living in the same neighborhood; they have never had an incident outside of 3 Dogs. However, 3 Dogs keeps repeating this story that the two dogs "have a history" and "know each other" and that was a contributing factor, instead of taking a speck of responsibility for the dog injury happening at their facility when our dog was under their care. After being customers since 2020 or 2021, we will never go back. I encourage you to go elsewhere, too.

We are so happy and very proud of our dog's progress and have so much to thank Taylor for. Folks send their dogs to board and train programs for many reasons. For us, we wanted support honing previously learned skills, learning recall, and curbing a few unwanted behaviors such as excitedly lunging and jumping at people, fence fighting, and barking. We were nervous about so many things. What would we do without our boy for three weeks? Would his sweet and playful personality be the same when he returned? Could we stick to it and reinforce his learning at the end of it all? The three weeks away were tough. But we timed it with a family vacation which helped a lot. As for the dog we picked up at the end; Ozzie is the exact same amazingly sweet and playful dog. But he is so much more confident, calm, and responsive. He honestly seems like a much happier dog. This dog daycare differs from other places because they intentionally don't let the dogs run wild with little supervision.
