Thinking of using Frady's Moving, RUN AWAY NOW! Most…read moreworkers showed no professionalism, pride or concern for protecting our furniture and possessions from damage. They seemed to have very little to no moving experience whatsoever! Carelessly bumped doorways and walls with new furniture that became damaged. Dropped many boxes off overloaded hand trucks (even the microwave oven) because of hurrying. Box tops were clearly marked, but were stacked sideways and upside down. Furniture was stacked on top of each other with no protective blankets placed between them. No one responded to our questioning of this haphazard handling of our stuff, both loading and unloading. One worker said that they were booked for several more moves that day. Our move was out of state. Truck leaked oil on my concrete driveway. No apology or cleanup by Frady's! At the delivery location, the truck driver drove over, broke and damaged trees along the driveway, with their truck still leaking oil. No apology about any of this. NO ONE CARED ABOUT THE DAMAGE! When you begin to question the owner, she became very belligerent, hostile and unprofessional with her responses directed back at me, THEIR CUSTOMER. A one star rating is not LOW ENOUGH.
