The worst hair-dressing experience of my life without doubt. The receptionist and colourist were…read moresurly and staggeringly impolite. The concept of customer care was completely alien to them. I gave the colourist the details of my old hairdresser who had kindly offered to talk through what colours she used with her. This offer was dismissed. She then went on to get it wrong. I had to stay til nearly 9pm whilst they corrected it and left with my scalp burning from all the chemical treatments. All of this whilst feeling very uncomfortable due to how rude she had been to me. To give them some credit the male hairdresser who helped with the correction was lovely, but by then it was too late. If you've ever wondered why this salon always seems quiet, its probably because they are driving all their customers away. Not recommended at all.
