After meeting with over 20 dentists in the area, I decided Saddle Brook Dental was the one. I came in for an extreme procedure. I'm 29 and had all my teeth pulled and had implants put in. They were not only extremely professional and kind, they also worked out an amazing deal since this is already an expensive procedure. I'm about a month into my healing process and I could not have asked for a better dentist. For any worry I have, I am seen that day with 0 wait. I'm reading reviews about people waiting, and I have not waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. My dentist even offered to put in another implant for free. What more can I say? Worst place ever. Charged me $94 for my two years old daughter's appointment. I asked them twice whether she is covered before the appointment and two times they said yes!! They only checked how many teeth she has and brush her teeth so why on earth i have to pay $94 even if the insurance did not cover it. Anyways i cancelled all my appointments for me and my husband and will look for a better decent place. Another thing, on my last cleaning appointment they told me i have a cavity on one of my teeth. I am pregnant and i could not do a new xrays so they saw the cavity on a one year old's xrays of mine! Like why you waited for a year to tell me i have a cavity!! I asked the hygienist i am so confused like why they waited for a year to tell me! And she did not know what to say. I used to recommend this place for all my friends but I believe now that was a mistake. Waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes before I got in for a 6:30 pm appointment. I would rate much better if they kept to the schedule. 6:30 means 6:30 not 7:45 to be seen. If you can make the schedule call me to reschedule and not let us client get impatient while waiting. Update make that 1 and 1/2 hours. If I could rate this place negative 5 stars I would. Very frustrating and aggravating but like some one else said they are not worried about money than patients in the waiting area? Update number 2. Got up and just lost it and said I wanted to cancel walked out if it were not for my son needing his wisdom teeth to be extracted because the hurt I would be out of here. This place in waiting is hell and it's now 8:10pm and still my son has not been seen. Trust me I have no fear of feeling them they suck because they do. I am not one to complain but I've never in my life have experienced such poor customer service and tried to get ripped off at the same time!! I was referred by a friend to the Saddle Brook Dental Associates for cleaning and check up. There was not even one patient there and they made me wait for half hour which I didn't mind but afterwards the Dentist told me I needed to get 3 root canals & would call my insurance for an approval. So I waited and 3 weeks passed by and no call so I called my insurance and they told me that they never received a call from them. They called my old insurance and billed them close to $4k a tooth which is ridiculous for a hole in the wall type of place. I paid less for a root canal in Beverly Hills with one of the worlds top orthodontist, mind you that the place was a regular Dental center not a specialist orthodontist. I called and they that they billed my old insurance and gave them my info for my current insurance. I waited for another week and called them and they told me they are waiting for the updated insurance to get back to them so now it's been close to 2 months and back then my teeth were not hurting and now I'm in pain after two months so I call my insurance today and they tell me that No One from Saddle Brook dental center has called nor sent them anything. I went to another "honest" dentist and he told me that I didn't need 3 root canals, just one, the one which the filling fell off two months ago which could have been replaced and I wouldn't have needed even this root canal. So thanks to these irresponsible, money hungry, lying scumbags I am in pain now and need to go get a root canal ASAP!! I told my friend who referred me so he isn't going Back there ever again and he will tell his friends as well. STAY AWAY from this place. These people don't care about there patients. They only care about about how much money they can make off you!! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Amer and staff! Everyone is really nice, helpful and welcoming from the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctors. I normally go to their Old Bridge office and as I said in their review, it is not easy for me to find a dentist that I trust to do work on my teeth but I found one here. I had a lot of dental treatment that needed to be done before my move to California and I did not want anyone else to do the work. The office worked with my schedule and Dr. Amer even opened the office on a Sunday for me! The doctor made sure to explain what was being done and why. He was super knowledgable explaining the pros and cons between filling materials and never tried to sell me anything I didn't want nor need. I went once to Saddle brook Dental n made an appointment bc a filing fell out. After waiting for an hour in my car n an x-ray they said I had to come back to have it filled. I made another appointment but I didn't feel well bc of bad allergies n went to my Dr. n I had a sinus infection. I was congested, sneezing n coughing. When I called to cancel the so called manager Courtney was so rude and said this time I won't charge u a 50 cancellation fee and I said esp w covid u want me to come in n sneeze n cough so other patients think I have covid. She was extremely rude n I will not be going there r my son. I'm going back to my old dentist who reopened they are nicer n more accommodating.Would not recommend that place. read more

STAY AWAY from this place. Dr Eldin is awesome, but dr Amer is the WORST doctor I've ever dealt with. Rude, works too fast, very rough. His front desk manager has a serious attitude and he doesn't stand behind his customers. He did two root canals for me, both got infected. Extracted both and didn't use enough novacaine on the second one and WOULD NOT stop when I was tapping his arm and crying in pain. WORST experience ever! read more

I have been going here for almost year now. Overall, the location is convenient and clean. The front desk seems a bit unorganized and unprofessional. It seems like there are a lot of miscommunication issues. Dr. Eldin is the owner but if you plan to see the same doctor each time you return, tell them that because otherwise you will do a consult with one doctor and get treated by another. I've seen Dr. Eldin, Amer, and one other doctor. So fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I have an appointment scheduled with who I thought was Dr. Eldin until I got a phone call a half hour before the appointment telling me they had to cancel because "Dr. M" had an emergency. I said it was not a big deal because I live 5 minutes away and was working from home that day so I didn't mind rescheduling. I rescheduled the appointment for the following week but forgot to mention that it was supposed to be with Dr. Eldin. That day arrives and I get a phone call from the front desk a half hour before my appointment to cancel it, saying that the Dr. was going to be out for a while. This time I was a little irritated because I need to get this work done and I was legit walking out to my car when she called. So I discuss with her that I want to reschedule and with Dr. Eldin and she says Dr. Eldin is only in Wednesdays. I scheduled the appointment for 11:00 a.m. today and arrive at 10:55. There is a new lady at the front desk who doesn't greet me, not a huge deal. I sign my name, and wait along with the 7-9 other people that are waiting. I didn't bother asking how long the wait was because I saw only 3 people's names in front of me. It's now around 12:00 and I ask her if she knows how long the doctor will be - she says there is 3 people in front of me. So... in an hour none of those people were seen yet several people were taken in? She said she couldn't give me a time frame for how much longer I'd be waiting. I told her I live 5 minutes away and that it would have been nice if they called to let me know they were hours behind, she didn't say much. As I wait I hear other people say that they had a 11:00a.m. appointment with Dr. Eldin..... awesome. I wait for another half hour and then decide to ask her if I can come back. She shakes her head at me and says they can't do that. I told her my last 2 appointments were cancelled and now I've been waiting for over an 1 1/2. Another 15 minutes goes by and I decide I just wanted to reschedule. I went up to the desk and another lady standing there says "we're bringing you in next!" I finally get called in at 12:45pm by Fernando, a new assistant. He asked what I was there for today, I told him, and he stepped out to confirm with Dr. Eldin. He returned and told me that the Dr. will be in shortly.... I waited another 10 minutes and still no Dr. Eldin. I told fernando I was going to have to leave. I honestly was so upset at this point, I didn't feel like waiting anymore. As I am walking out I see Dr. Eldin in with the next patient (who arrived after me) and he's clearly about to treat them. I tried to tell the lady at the front desk what was happening but she was also busy. I ended up just leaving. Talk about a waste of over 2 hours. Someone is overbooking appointments big time. I have been going to dentist offices my entire life. I have never seen such a wonderful friendly and caring staff. Tracy at the front desk called my provider to check on my benefits when I was unsure. I was blown away by how friendly the hygienist was. I honestly didn't feel awkward when I was there. I felt I knew everyone for decades not years I was excited to see a in the patient room while your waiting for everything to get done prior to the doctors arrival. Dr. Majd Mohsen who works there did an excellent job. He took care of me as if I was a the only patient in the office. He sparked conversation that most times I couldn't answer because of what was being done. He was honest and was very very careful with his handling of my cleaning. He was beyond friendly and funny. I recommend Saddle Brook Dental Associates. I recommend and commend Dr. Majd Mohsen for his careful caution and his elegant approach. I can't wait to visit again in six months. I will most definitely keep up with my dental appointment. read more

if i could rate this place zero stars i would ! do yourself a favor and don't go to this dental practice. they are more concerned with how much $ they make than the patient. according to them is it the accepted normal to wait in the waiting room for way over an hour to see the dentist. if your appointment is at 1 pm...you won't be called and see the dentist until 2 pm at the very earliest. dr. siddiqi started a root canal. then he advised me that he couldn't finish it as he didn't have enough experience. i scheduled an appointment with dr. eldin who supposedly has more experience in doing root canals. after waiting a week and being in pain i came back and saw dr. eldin. without even opening my mouth and be examined he advised me that nothing could be done, that it wasn't worth trying, that he'd have to extract the tooth. he also advised me that i had a big time infection. i asked if anything could be done...his answer: "it's not worth my time to try anything else"..... the "dcs" web site states that one dentist at this practice is on a "watch" situation. there are 100's if not 1000's of dentists in the area...don't go to these guys. read more

I started going here last august because I needed 3 root canals done. Dr.Siddiqi performed all 3 of them. He was very friendly but after the first root canal I was still feeling pain. When I went back for the crown and 2nd root canal I told him I was still experiencing pain so he precribed me pain killers and anti-biotics. I went back because I was still experiencing pain and I needed another root canal and crown and when I told him I still had pain in both root canals he still went on and did the 3rd and his solution was more pain killers and antibiotics. As soon as the cold weather came the pain increased even more just from the cold air touching my teeth. They misplaced my 3rd crown so I had to wait 2 extra weeks to get my crown put on. All 3 root canals cause me constant pain, the pain increases when I chew my food, or hot and cold touches them. I went back to them and Dr.Siddiqi just said more pain killers and anti-biotics, i saw another dentist there who said he must have left a batch of nerves and then a 3rd dentist at the office looked at my teeth and told me its probably my gums. Now no dentist wants to even attempt to fix my pain. They took x-rays every time which they probably billed to my insurance company for profit and now im stuck with worse pain than I had before. I will never recomend them to anyone. read more
