They treat every customer that comes in like family, and ease any nerves that come with piercing/needles. I came to Pizzazz since I had gotten my ear lobes done prior, but the place I went to was very very sketchy and did an absolutely horrible job using the piercing gun (the piercing hole almost was on the edge of my ear). This piercing job had hurt tremendously, causing me to be very fearful of getting pierced again, but really longed to get them done again since the prior piercings had closed up. Kim explained to me that Pizzazz is unique in that instead of using a machine, Bob uses a needle and does each piercing by hand. To my surprise, the earlobe piercing had almost no pain, unlike a piercing machine. In fact, the piercing went so well, that I came back again to get both my septum and left nostril done, which both also had little to no pain. Kim also is so amazing in that she provides her number to text if any issues or problems arise. She answers so quickly and is very clear everytime. Overall, Pizzazz is an exceptional place and I cannot recommend it enough for any piercings

Anyways back to the piercing ...I got a nose piercing the first time I came and it was such an impulsive move since I was driving by and my sister had previously gotten a piercing and wanted to look at some of their products they had so we went in. Another time I went intentionally to get a second ear piercing next to my first ear piercing I got when I was a little girl. Both times Bob relaxed me and made sure I was comfortable. Reassured me everything would be ok since I get a little nervous and usually close my eyes to disassociate. Both times I got an infection & I was out of town both times for some reason and wasn't able to take care of it properly so that's on me. I was in Ireland after my freshly done nose piercing and wifi/signal was spotty but I was able to text their number for help and Kim was so amazing. She was so nice and responded so quickly. A few days ago before leaving she asked me to stop by the shop to get tea tree oil since it was looking like a pimple on the nose piercing . I had taken that oil to Ireland and she periodically asked me for pictures and walked me through the process. When I got my nose piercing I was in Tampa and also texted her and she responded so quickly . She was reliable and friendly both times assuring me it would be ok. It had puss and hurt to touch so it was hard to wash and take care of but my bf was able to help me with her texted instructions since honestly I'm a little squeamish . I thank them for always providing exceptional customer service even when I am miles away.
