TERRIBLE experience, I visited this salon yesterday to clean up my eyebrows while keeping them…read morethick. Unfortunately, the technician didn't take proper measurements, and as a result, she left one eyebrow thinner than the other and both much thinner than I requested. My eyebrows are now uneven and completely ruined. This was very disappointing, especially because I was clear about wanting to keep them thick and natural-looking. I wouldn't recommend this place for brow services. Please improve their technique and attention to client preferences. TRAUMATIZED

Small local shop providing great quality service!…read more Came in for an eyebrow thread for the first time and at just $10 walked out loving the shape and trim of my brows. The sweet lady threading my brows, had the most gentle touch, barely felt her plucking at my brows. The space is a bit dated, but the project is too, as a realtor, I didn't expect to walk in to the Taj Mahal of studio, but she keeps her space clean despite the age of building. Highly recommend!

I am blessed to have naturally nice eyebrows however she listens when I say to leave them thick and clean them up. I've gone to many providers to get IPL which is intense photo light therapy for the face. In the…read morelast year, I've gone here twice and I bought a session for my husband to get a color correcting session for an area that was heavily pigmented. My husband had excellent results immediately with one session on his lower leg that had a red patch. I'm in a maintenance phase, so I didn't expect to get dramatic results. Elite Skin Studio is clean, sparse and not as spa like as other locations I've gone to. Other spa locations I've been to, a nurse provides the service and explains what they're doing as they go along. Here the provider makes sure I'm not in any discomfort after numbing my skin and zips through, with the whole session done quickly in five minutes which makes me feel like I'm not getting as thorough coverage. In the past, a session might take twenty minutes and I'd ice my skin afterwards for five minutes, but here I'd leave without any warmth or redness reaction that I've come to expect from this service. Usually in the days afterwards one gets a pigment lift or a response from IPL, and at this studio I didn't get the visible response I hoped for to lift pigment from the deep layers of the skin. Sadly after the COVID-19 pandemic the places I loved just didn't stay in business and I'm looking for a similar quality locations. If you're wanting to get your first IPL, I recommend Elite Skin studio. I've had a very timely response and the staff gets me in and out really quickly. I think this is a place for an introduction as it's less intense and not customized; meaning I wasn't asked if I had areas of concern( red areas or browns spots of concern I wanted to be addressed) and the intense part of IPL was not adjusted, so it was just photo therapy that provided minimal response for me. In general, I would expect that your skin would be warm immediately afterwards. You'd need to protect it from heat exposure and use sunscreen diligently for several days, getting some visible pigment lift over a week or so with ultimate results in two weeks. It's been six days since my last session and I can't see any response to the service. The studio offers cool sculpting and other services, that I haven't tried but for this one service it didn't provide results for me.
