One Hand Doesn't Know What the Other One is Doing!…read more I can't understand how this law office is still in business. They hurt my case to the point that I might even file a complaint with the Bar. I read the other reviews that also gave 1 star and they are spot on. They made things complicated and caused me lots of stress and anxiety. The attorneys with this office (including Klein) would never answer emailed questions, never call me before or after hearings with the law judge, assign different attorneys that knew nothing of my case and were just a bunch of rude people with no empathy or concern for me the client. When I originally had my initial consultation it sounded great but once I signed on with them I was just a number and treated like a second class citizen. It took me more than a few years of dealing with them before I couldn't take their BS anymore and found a real law office to represent me in a competent professional manner. My case improved tremendously as soon as I parted company with the Klein Law Group but it wasn't easy finding someone else due to other attorneys not wanting to interfere with another business. Do yourself a big favor and read all independent reviews and research who's doing a good job for the injured before making a decision. If you are already being represented by them please read all the laws and requirements so you are aware of what is expected of you, don't count on them to advise you. This law firm would be a better fit working for the insurance carriers.
