In 2016, I found myself in need of a personal injury law firm. I contacted Eitan Ogen the day after I was injured walking by a construction site. I was not in a good place. I immediately was put at ease by his frankness and demeanor, so I engaged the firm to represent me in my personal injury lawsuit. I met Natalie Sedaghati shortly thereafter and knew I was in good hands. None of us realized initially that it would take 8 years to bring the suit to settlement. The opposing side, maneuvered constantly to avoid responsibility, working diligently to undervalue my case and to delay settling. Interestingly, their delaying tactics actually worked to my benefit, as it allowed the extent of my injuries to become more apparent as time passed. Over the course of the 8 years, I had to endure numerous back injections before having to undergo two surgeries. I underwent years of physical therapy. I was diagnosed with traumatic brain injury which resulted in long term concussion symptoms and cognitive difficulties. Throughout all of this, Natalie and Eitan were there for me. Also suffice it to say, I was not the most patient of clients, but they remained 'in my corner" and patient the entire 8 years. The initial settlement offer from the other side was laughable, as were the few increases that followed over the years. Natalie and Eitan fought on. I must admit that by the time 8 years had passed, I had grown discouraged and weary. I wanted the ordeal. The case went to negotiation. I think these two "bull dogs" came out fighting because when they called to inform me of the settlement amount, I nearly passed out.
