I went back to them for selling my property. I would regret this forever. To begin with, I am not a new client, and on the day of closing, he had no clue about my immigration status or SSN/tax details or basic details about my husband. If a title company suggests something, he is supposed to back me up according to my needs, but he failed on it miserably representing me. The cherry on the cake: After all the mess, when I asked him what went wrong, why was he not on the top of the game... his classic response was... a terrible unprofessional word #@!$%&****, you guys got your check, now you may hit the door and never come back into my office. From the beginning they were off and late to the party from the attorney review to the closing where the paper work for closing didn't even get there till after closing was finished! I was told and in writing 1 price and at the end was doubled!! I paid for a service that the title company and I did 90% of the work!!
