History

Established in 2005.

Sachi sushi slog første gang dørene op tilbage i 2005, som en af de første sushikæder i indre København. Siden da, er vi blevet til en stor familie på 4 restauranter fordelt rundt på sjælland. Grundlæggeren er Kunthea Chun. Med mere end 14 års erfaring har vi serveret sushi, og andre lækre retter indenfor det japanske køkken. I dag, kan vi med stolthed sige, at vores sushi stadigvæk byder på en frisk, innovativ og smagfuld oplevelse. Vi gør os rigtige umage med, at få vores sushi til at ligne fine kunstværker, når de serveres foran vores sushi-glade gæster. Derudover går vi meget ind for kvalitet, hvoraf vores professionelle sushikokke laver bestillingen helt fra bunden af med friske og de bedste kvalitetsråvarer. I called at 18.00 on a Thursday, and my order was ready for pick up 30min later- not too long to wait during peak dinner hours. The staff were helpful and nice when I ordered and also when I picked the food up. The rolls in the were large but not overwhelming, and the tempura pieces in the rolls tasted light, not too greasy or too fried. I will definitely order again, and I wouldn't have any concerns about recommending this place to friends.

Never order menu, always order buffet, since food in menu is exactly the same food from buffet. It's like when you order a menu, they go to buffet and take one dish for you. Pancake with ice cream is just like what you make yourself at home, restaurant does not offer anything that's actually made by a chef, but everything a normal Chinese who might lived in Denmark for some years could do. The atmosphere is good though.
