I didn't want an "or similar", so I came into this location, which is right around the corner from where I live. They've treated me very well in the past. I met Rehan, and explained the situation. He said he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to get me a Tesla, because it was a long weekend. (MLK day...) However, he did say, he would make some phone calls, and see what he could do for me. I called him back in a few hours. Not only was he able to get me a Tesla model 3, he made arrangements that I could pick it up here instead of going out to the airport, and for the exact same price that I was quoted online. I came out on Saturday to pick up the vehicle, I did the paperwork, he wasn't there that day, but the people who were there were very friendly, very helpful, they explained the vehicle to me, and I'm off on a fantastic trip. I love this car! As I mentioned before, I've always been treated great at this location, but this time Rehan and his crew went way above and beyond. I usually rent from Hertz or Enterprise but needed to find something more reasonable since I was going to need the car for two weeks while we were waiting for a part to come in to repair the truck. Upon arriving at Budget, (it was not in the best area) I was helped by Star, who I was told is the manager. She checked me in and I waited for the car. A middle eastern man walked up and asked "are you waiting for me?" I said "I'm waiting for the car rental" so he walked me over to the car. I got in and it was a hybrid, which I'm not used to driving. I started the car but I couldn't hear the engine so I asked if the car was on. For some weird reason, he pushed his way into the car (he was standing next to me as I was sitting and the door of the car was open. He reached in and slid his arm across my breasts as he was "attempting" to show me something. I immediately pushed myself back in my seat and covered my chest with my right arm. He kept asking me if I knew how to drive. I said yes, I'm 63 and of course I know how to drive. He started saying something about me looking like I'm 25. He was making me extremely uncomfortable. When I reiterated how old I was he said "no, I mean your body looks like you're 25". He tried pushing his way into to the car again saying he was trying to show me the radio when I finally asked him for his name. He immediately backed up and said "I didn't mean to touch you!" I hadn't said a thing about him touching me but he was certainly trying to cover his ass. On the way back to my daughter's house I called and told her what happened. She called and spoke to Star and got part of what happened wrong. Star told her she was going to talk to the man and call back. When she did call, she said the man (I never got his name) said he was telling me that HE was 25 and that he never touched me. She also said he's been working there a long time and has never gotten a complaint about him. She's also middle eastern and he's most likely family or a friend. I'm a 63 year old, chubby woman. My body does not look like a 25 year olds body and his attempt at flirting, or whatever the hell that was, was completely unprofessional and absolutely uncalled for. He knew he was wrong which is why he said he was sorry for touching me. Star also asked me to come back in so the three of us could discuss it. I had no intentions of being near a man who groped me. Stay far away from this place if you're a female. I have no doubt he's done this to other women before. Star couldn't have cared less and totally believed what he told her. I have zero reason to lie and also wasn't going to say anything until I found out my daughter had called. I never asked for anything. I just explained to her exactly what happened and she believed him over me. I'll never go back to this location again and I'll be reporting this to corporate. That man needs to not be around women.

We said we would pay the $800 transfer fee but could not commit to actually buying until we saw and drove the vehicle. The finance guy pushed their financing as well as $4k worth of extended warranty, glass and tire protection and LoJack ($900). Declined all and he seemed to lose interest. He said that vehicle may not be available (although on the website) but they had similar Ravs and he would email me within the week. Never did hear from him. Would give them zero stars for their dishonesty if we could.
