Our main course was the chicken salad wrap, which I really enjoyed. I love when a wrap has ingredients thoroughly mixed and distributed so every bite is the full experience. The Cajun sweet potato fries were a hit, although not so much with me. To be fair, I've never been too much of a sweet potato fry fan. However, my girlfriend that DOES like sweet potato fries gave these her stamp of approval. All in all, definitely food truck food, but pretty quality food truck food. I would try these guys again. The Food: They offer a great selection of tacos and burritos, and they also have aguas frescas on the menu (though we didn't grab any this time). I decided to customize a breakfast burrito. The menu lists it as papas, huevos, y jamón (potatoes, eggs, and ham), but I asked to swap the ham for asada (steak) and requested no cheese. The substitution was no problem at all! The burrito came absolutely packed with perfectly diced potatoes, fluffy eggs, juicy steak, rice, cilantro, and onions. It also came with both a salsa verde and a red sauce. Both sauces were on the milder side, but they were flavorful and paired perfectly with the burrito. Service & Value: The service was quick! It took the guy maybe 10 to 12 minutes tops to hand over our food. I don't remember the exact total, but the burrito itself was around $10-$11, and the portion size was massive. He really hooks it up! I actually only ate half for breakfast and saved the other half for lunch. Overall: Between the generous portions, quick turnaround, and tasty flavors, I'll definitely be back to try their tacos and grab another breakfast burrito. The most disappointing feature was the steak, which was cut in hilariously small pieces and weren't seasoned properly. Like I said, I was hangry, so I ate most of the box. For $14.50 it was a giant and filling portion. Would I order this again? No, but I feel like I messed up by not ordering tacos from the taco truck.
