My other co-worker went out and tried the German Shepherd hot dog combo and loved it as well. So with a little twisting of the arm, I went out and went to see what they had to offer. Apparently they have hamburgers as well, but I was there for the hot dog experience. They had a "chef's special" which is whatever the chef wants to make. My only request was to be light on the cheese. They in turn asked me if I wanted it spicy. Without a second thought, I immediately said yes! What I got was a pile and a tasty pile of a loaded hot dog with chips, chili, mac and cheese, and pickles topped with jalapenos and some spicy shiracha on top. It wasn't good, it was amazingly good. Being from NY I was asked how it fare against NY dogs, and I have to say, this was way better. I have to praise the chef there, he or she made a tasty loaded dog! Also I have to forget the fries as well, they had sour cream and onion seasoning that pairs excellent with their offerings, not just the special. Well done!

It was refreshing, satisfying and I had never had a salad topping on a hot dog before. Living in Texas over the last 6 years had cornered me into chili dogs and such, but the Razzle Dog was a tastier and much healthier option. It was served on an oversized bun and it was well worth the $6.00 price tag. The gordita bread was prepared well with it being slightly think, crispy on the outside and soft in the inside, but strong enough to hold all the ingredients. Your choice of additions are avacado, and tomato. Don't forget the pico de gallo and salsa on the counter, both great additions. The chicharrone was prepared nicely, crispy, porky flavor, very nice. You'll find over 30 vendor stands of various restaurants, all types of alcohol, art installations, and 3 DJ music areas. Sample small plates and drinks from as many and how many times you want! My palate went into overload. I experienced new flavors and the music was off the hook. Received a swag bag at the entrance, you'll def use it to put your goodies in along the way to each vendor. At 8pm , cooking showdown went down amongst 3 chefs, paired with celebs. Seating was limited. This event is definitely a fun experience for the foodie and new foodie lover. It just so happened to fall on the hottest day- it was over 90 in the evening. We were all sweating including the chefs. Maybe bring the event indoors with air conditioning? More tables and seating dispersed around the event would be helpful too. Seating was non existent.
