If I were you, I will try to visit with a group of friends, preferably of an even number. Why is that? because of the concept of the place. The idea is to share a meal in a group setting. You have a couple of boiling bowls heated by electric burners that are split into an spicy and regular broth.
The broth is very simple and they serve all the ingredients on the side for you to cook in the boiling bowl as you please. Do keep in mind that some things take between 3-5 minutes to cook and be ready, so make sure to ask and place these on the boiling broth before the others. the beef just takes some seconds and the noodles take little time as well. The shrimp and brine and meatballs as well as the dumplings are some of the things that you might want to wait a while. I added some pictures of the stew and the boiling broth so you get an idea.
They have a peanut sauce, if you're not allergic, it's the best thing that you can have in this place. I almost licked the bowl where the peanut sauce came from and asked for seconds. They also have a tea that's very popular in the Mongolia/China area of the world, that's really good. It's their version of southern sweet tea but not quite as sweet, though it's very tasty. Im adding a picture of the tea for your reference.
We were a group of 6 people and the bill was around 90Euros which comes up to about 16 per person, not an expensive meal in madrid specially with drinks and an experience that you don't get in many places. If you are still not quite sure, the idea is very much like a Korean Barbeque but in a soup.
