They had really good aguachile, probably the best I have ever had in Las Vegas, the place itself is pretty big and has music. I wasn't there at night but I'm sure it gets fun. We also had pupusas and they were also pretty good, food was fresh, service was really good too, I will definitely be going back at night to check out the vibes read more

I came across this place by accident and was excited to try authentic food. The chips offered were flavorful and crisp. My entree was a recommendation from our waitress and contained steak, plantains both crispy fried and pan fried, rice, a cheese toast and some salad. Everything was super flavorful and the portion size was appropriate. Waitress was nice but if you do not speak Spanish, the menu is in Spanish. The food is worth try but ensure that you know what you are ordering. The restaurant has a small business vibe and plays telenovelas on the tv screens. read more

Was next door and decided "Why not". Spacious and clean. Ordered Cuban food; ropa vieja dish. The beef, beans, rice and plantain was not only delicious, it was hot. Thanks to Mcaceres; quick service. Next time I go next door to Osmani, will return to Sabor Latino for another meal. read more

So we stumbled upon this place when we were trying to eat somewhere else and it definitely is a hidden gem . The only reason I marked it four stars instead of five stars was because it was pretty empty when we arrived, and it took forever to get our food and the Salvadorian news was on about the voting that was taking place that day. My husband and I weren't quite sure what kind of Latin food this was but we figured we'd stop and give it a try. Initially we were surprised to learn that it wasn't the typical "Mexican" food which is what we had assumed; however, when we read the menu and saw the pictures of the white rice we were confident that it was some other kind of Latin food (Salvadorian). We did ask the waitress if she could recommend something similar to carne asada as both the hubby and I were in the mood for something tasty. She recommended a kabob looking dish that came with beans, white rice and a salad... The presentation of it reminded me of a bento box without the box. Anyway you should find the picture of our dish in the photos, needless to say we devoured it within moments. It was delicious...completely off the charts! The meat was perfectly cooked, it completely fell apart in your mouth, it was wonderfully flavored and marinated with some familiar tastes, the vegetables on the kebab were perfectly roasted and equally melted in your mouth. The salad was pretty good I'm not sure what the dressing was but it was unique. I mixed my beans and rice and again it was a super familiar taste. I haven't had that good tasting beans since I moved to Vegas a year ago. Oh, before I forgot when you sit down at the table they give you a basket of chips that is covered in cheese and some kind of special homemade sauce, this homemade sauce looks kind of like ketchup and mayonnaise mixed up but that's not what it is (similar color though)... To be honest I have no idea what it is when I ask the waitress all she said was that it was "homemade," nonetheless I had to ask for more it was delicious and super addicting! read more

This place is not only extremely prejudice, for the the owner himself to put his hands on me after giving good service to the place. He denied me access to the bathroom after paying for my dinner. He venido en muchas ocasiones a este restaurante ya que es uno de los que mejor comida hondureña tiene en la ciudad, los meseros siempre han necesitado clases de costumer service pero por lo menos me han dado la comida bien y uno que otro aunque serio siempre ha ido a preguntar a la mesa si estamos bien, esta mañana nos tocó como mesero el hijo de la dueña del establecimiento, el me había atendido 1 vez anterior y todo bien, hoy durante la mañana ordenamos 3 cafés , 1 pollo con tajadas, 2 baleadas, 1 desayuno con huevos fritos en término medio, 1 plátano solo y 1 plátano con crema, se supone que el pollo tarda más en salir, lo entiendo, fue el primero que llevaron junto con el desayuno el cual traía huevos revueltos no fritos como los había pedido le dije a la otra mesera ya que ella nos llevó la comida a lo que ella respondió que los fritos eran esos y que los otros son estrellados y para acabarla dice así es en español, quizá pensó que por ser latinos no sabemos inglés y al parecer la que no sabía era otra, fried= fritos o estrellados, Scrambled= revueltos... al momento de traer los plátanos nos trajo plátano con ice cream, la otra persona dijo que estaban bien que se lo iba a comer, yo le dije que se los había pedido solo, se los llevo y me regresó a preguntar si los quería solos y le dije que ya no los quería, las baleadas llegaron después de eso, se supone que es lo más fácil y rápido de hacer, solo fue 1 vez a preguntar si estábamos bien, no levantaba los platos sucios aunque estaban todos amontonados en la orilla de la mesa, estuvimos esperando para pedir la cuenta como 15 minutos y la tuve que ir a pedir enfrente, puedo entender que estén ocupados pero habían 5 mesas para 2 meseros, entiendo el trabajo de un mesero porque lo soy, y puedo atender hasta 10 mesas y darles un buen servicio, aunque tenga que correr el servicio al cliente es el más importante, pero el muchacho andaba con una pereza que a leguas se le notaba, si no quieren este tipo de trabajo deberían renunciar y mucho más si eres el hijo de la dueña, la demás comida estuvo bien, pero si deberían mejorar el servicio al cliente, de esta visita si hubiese 0 estrellas se las doy, no se si la dueña vaya a leer este review pero espero hable con su staff... read more

Food is a 5 on a scale of 1-10. Not great but not bad. Definitely not what expected. Only one waitress servicing several tables, she was a very hard worker and felt sorry for her. Took over an hour to get my food, thank God the place was empty otherwise who know how long it would have been. Overall not impressed at all. I usuI never thought of writing a review, I figured to some extent it's disrespectful; because my mother always say " if you do not have something positive to say about something, just do not say it". Nevertheless, this is just informative. One night my husband and I were driving by Sabor Latino; since we were hangry; we decided to try Sabor Latino. As soon as we entered the place, I noticed the music was the kind I like, but it was very loud. Let me inform you that I am Mexican, so I like loud music, but the volume of the music at Sabor Latino was hurting my ears. My husband and I just walked out. Too bad, I cannot say anything about the food. Very loud music might be pleasant for some people, but they need to turn the music down. read more

I've been to many Honduran restaurants. This is definitely my favorite. The location is not in the best part of Las Vegas but totally worth it. Food was amazing, service was amazing and place was as nicely decorated and super clean. I will make this a regular stop when I go to Vegas. read more

Beware of extra charges on your bill. If you pay with card, they will add an extra charge. This has happened to many friends and family that go there. Our bill was for about $50 and once we received our bank statement, it had a charge of $75. They continue to do this because most people don't notice or bother to check after. Then when you confront them about it, they act as if it was a honest mistake. Good food for sure but they rob you. Do the math and know what your total should be or else pay cash!!!! read more
