We were in Mayaguez visiting family and my uncle recommended this place. It had recently opened and it was nice to see a new or recently renovated building. We had the platanutres appetizer and the sampler of fried Puerto Rican food. Both were amazing! The platanutres plate was my favorite because it was like "plantain nachos" and incredible. We then had the "combo campesino" and it was the best lechon and arroz con gandules I have ever had! They way they season and smoke the lechon gave it such nice flavor.
