Wow, just wow. We walked in this immense heat to get to this office because we had an appointment…read more Only to be greeted with a locked door and a note that read: "closed due to power outage ". I don't care what reasons you have for closing the office, you have a cell phone to notify the patients if you have to close! Unbelievably careless!

I went to Nepola because members of my family have been seeing him for years, and recommended him…read more I had never met him before, and he treated me like he already knew me - which could have been nice, but his tone not warm and inviting. He made sarcastic comments about my families medical history, and interpersonal issues, that were highly triggering and upsetting. For a first impression it was pretty jarring. He knew things about my family, that I hadnt discussed with him myself, and for him to bring them up with lack of consideration for my feelings on our first meeting... It felt invasive, unprofessional, inappropriate, insensitive and out of bounds. I felt super uncomfortable, and violated and was shaking when I left. I haven't been back since the first visit. The office hours make it pretty hard to make appointments, and the behavior of the woman at the front desk is highly unpleasant - she was awfully rude whenever I inquired about refills on medication or to make appointments. I went once and never went back. Horrible, and traumatic experience.

Dr. Mancino is wonderful!!! I would give him a 5 star rating however if u need to deal with Jeanine…read morethe authorization person that's a whole other story. She is a big ZERO. Presently I'm out of medication and I've been trying to have this taken care of for over 3 weeks. Does not return calls & when I finally complained to the office I received a call where she claims she took care of it and did not. I'm sad to switch from Dr Mancino but it's common knowledge among the office staff that this typical of Jeanine

This review is totally for dealing with the office personnel and not Dr. Mancino. Unfortunately, I…read moredidn't get to meet him. However, Dr. Mancino and the other doctors in his same office, please take action with your front office staff by getting them proper customer service training since most reviews on the internet of your office, not the doctors, are negative. I called on June 4, 2020 to make an appointment and spoke to Donna. She was very pleasant while explaining that since we are in a pandemic virtual calls are scheduled. Totally understand. She then goes on to request my insurance which is Aetna Core Plus. She stated she is not familiar with it and needs to check if they accept this insurance. After putting me on a brief hold she comes back onto the call stating 'the girl" (no name, doesn't tell me who the "the girl" is in the office, etc.) "The girl" said she needs to see the card. You'd have to fax it. First, let's start with the obvious....fax....archaic. Email would be more up to date and better faster choice to view the card. Was not given that option. Second, as she stated, we are in a pandemic. Keeping that in mind, not many people working from home these days have fax machines. I know i don't. When I stated that I was told well sorry, she needs to see the card. Getting past that, I offered to give her my Aetna Insurance Group number, ID number and telephone number on the insurance card so "the girl" can call Aetna and get whatever information she requires (I don't know what's needed so I can't call) so I can make the appointment. Donna then states, "no, she has to see the card." Really? I don't think I need to say anymore because it's quite obvious the level we are dealing with here. Dr. Mancino, I heard good things about you. Too bad most of us will not get to experience your expertise because you lack competent staff and due to that will be going elsewhere.
