However, I had a pretty amazing meal here. We started with poppadoms (as you do) and their red chutney was out of this world. I've never had anything like it at any other curry house. Amazing! I started with the hot wings, and while they aren't American-style wings (I've been on a wing kick lately), they were incredibly tasty. Spicy and cooked in a tandoori oven. Way to go! My main was the tandoori mix masala, so basically a mix of tandoori meats in a curry sauce. Wonderful! The other half had pepper prawns and he said that it was one of the best curry dishes he's ever had. We had the cheese keema naan (cheese and lamb, why not?) and I really loved it. We'll be back!

The quality of the meat in the food was excellent, I didn't think I was chewing on a cats bottom at any point! I was done for about half way through as had way too many poppadoms, and a starter, but in true LM fashion, when food is this good, I just kept on ploughing through it. The menu is extensive and the food is excellent. They cater for all your curry needs whether it's a mild korma or a 'blow the roof off your mouth off' phal. The prices are incredibly reasonable; in fact they have remained the same for the last five years. One of the many joys of eating here is the almost limitless supply of coffee at the end of the meal. You pay for the first cup and the rest is free. There's also a complementary glass of brandy and a plate full of chocolate mints. I would recommend it to anyone.
