The front desk attendant explained that they don't check if you're active military but take copies of military ID upon signing. However, they check if people exit the military and continue to receive the discount. It's unclear whether they check or not. Literally feels like they intentionally try to take advantage of military. Please be careful.

I had a few broken down cardboard boxes that I needed to dispose. I called the front desk, and asked the manager if she could please unlock the bin so that I could use it. The manager used a very unpleasant tone explaining to me that she would unlock it, but that if I put TOO MUCH TRASH into it, she would charge me! To add insult to injury, the manager stood there while I placed a few boxes in it. I was nervous because I believed that she was going to charge me, so I asked her if I put too much trash into the bin, and if she was going to charge me. She looked in, and said that she was not. I was very sad to be treated so disrespectfully. I understand that they do not want the bin filled to capacity by one renter, but there are ways to talk to paying customers. Be nice. Be kind. Tone of voice is everything. Geez.

Once I get the Amazon return system down, I can do that here too. All you do is email the label to them and they'll print for free. Packaging materials can be pricey (like any annex), so I just stop at Dollar Tree, a couple of doors down to purchase the packing materials I need before mailing here.
