They made me an guarantee offer on my vehicle and I accepted but then the games started! Several times they schedule with me, having me take off from work to make time frame, only to ghost me or reschedule with me way after the agreed time they didn't show for and me having to contact them asking "wth". They made up lies to try to not have to honor the offer. After a month of this back n forth every other day or so, they messaged me saying they finally had a trailer and can come get the car! So they were ghosting me the whole time because they didn't have the means to even get the car! But we agreed to meet that next morning and I canceled important meetings to make this early am time and guess what, GHOSTED again! No contact since! Avoid this company at all cost!

Mark, Bud, Judd showed up the next morning at the proposed time and gave me the formal quote. The pricing was very fair and the and the service was exceptional! They removed everything requested and under an hour, which contained items from three different rooms, some office furniture, a lot of garbage, trash and miscellaneous items, picture frames and other old items from my grandmother's house that I needed removed. They also were so kind to help me move my mini fridge from the top floor to the basement as it was very heavy and I couldn't do it on my own. The guys were very efficient and very courteous and respectful of my home and my animals, which was much appreciated. It was a pleasure working with Mark and his team. Highly recommend!
